Detailed Reviews
I couldn't say enough about the food. Each morning the women in the kitchen will prepare a breakfast that is simply amazing. The air conditioning makes this a very comfortable place for someone like me from Canada who doesn't do well in the heat. The hotel became a great escape from the beach where I could stash a 6 pack and Gatorade in the mini fridge. The wifi is not available in every room and I would suggest getting a room closer to the lobby for a better signal. Isaac was very helpful making sure all our needs were met and between the front staff and the kitchen staff I felt very taken care of this Christmas. Located just a block away from the beach this is a great choice for quiet nights away from the downtown or beach parties.
I would stay here again for sure.

I stayed at Hotelito los Sueños for 16 days, I felt very safe with regard to covid 19 since the staff wore masks and made sure to take all the necessary precautions to prevent the spread of the virus. The hotel is sparkling clean, my room was cleaned all 16 days. I stayed in the villa and it was so comfortable that I wish it was my apartment. The breakfast is fresh and delicious, mostly Mexican breakfast and I had the best frittata I’ve ever had. Fresh fruit and juice everyday + excellent coffee 🤤 ☕️ The ladies in the kitchen are very kind and they work hard to make sure you enjoy your breakfast which is exquisite. The rooms are very beautiful so is the hotel, it is very well taken care of in maintenance and the staff make you feel welcome at all times. Very secure in an excellent location that is close to many delicious restaurants, the beach and not far form the center of sayulita. I know I will go back to Hotelito Los Sueños anytime I go back to Sayulita. One of my favorite places in the world is this little hotel ❤️ psd: you will hear birds in the morning and at night 🥰 also they lend bicycles 🚲 and gear for the beach 🏝

We stayed in a King room with a balcony on the third floor. The room was very large, comfortable and clean. There is no tv in the room, but the wifi works well. There are also no hairdryers in the room (although I think they have some you can borrow). One of the best things about this hotel is the filtered water that is readily available throughout the hotel. We brought our own refillable bottles so did not have to keep buying plastic bottles of water!
The hotel also offers massage services (I had one of the best massages of my life) and many yoga classes. The yoga classes seem very popular. I attended one (the price was included in our stay) and it was great. There is also an included vegetarian breakfast that was very good.
The common areas in the hotel are very pleasant and there are two pools. I did not go in the pools, but they looked very nice when there weren't kids in them. :) All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is very quiet at night, but not quiet in the morning. There is traffic on the road in the morning and the hotel is across from a school, so there is a lot of happy screaming on school days. However, if you're already awake and taking advantage of a yoga class or the lovely included breakfast, you won't care about the exuberant children.
The location is very close to the north beach (quieter than the main beach) and an easy walk to the very busy and loud centre of town. If you're looking for something a bit quieter than the town centre, there are some nice restaurants and bars close to the hotel.
While Sayulita was a bit louder and more crowded than what we were looking for, Hotelito Los Suenos was a perfect oasis.

Hi 2creekers, We are loving this titles from reviews haha. Superior Kings are my favourite room so I can figure why you loved it too. We like to be seen as a wellness hotel. Breakfast is always included for our guest, Yoga tho our guests receive the 50% off and we had a few packages that use to include yoga. I loved the part about the children haha, but it's great that we are close from the school cause it's a very safe area and as you well said we're located in the north quiet side from sayulita. Thank you very much for your king comments, maybe nex time you can try accupuncture and reiki, I'm sure you will love it. Adriana

Hotelito Los Suenos is tranquil, beautiful and calming. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is stunningly laid out. Open air 3 levels, lots of greenery, 2 pools, 2 yoga shalas, beautiful lighting , gorgeous local art. The rooms are huge, bright, clean with balconies, shampoo conditioner, body wash and lotion. The beds are extremely comfortable. There are water jugs in some rooms and several in the hallways. All rooms have a mini fridge and a safe.
The yoga classes are lead by a few fantastic instructors. The classes vary from hatha to ashtanga. There are passes available to make it even more affordable. But a daily drop in if you are staying at the hotel is 100 pesos about $6. The 5 class pass is 400 pesos which is $24!!
Open air yoga with the sounds of the birds and the breeze is incredible.
The breakfast!!! As a guest of the hotel breakfast is included. It is vegetarian and so so so delicious!! The gals working the kitchen are beautiful friendly and phenomenal cooks. There’s coffee tea fresh squeezed juices fresh fruit yogurt granola and a hot buffet( which they serve to you due to Covid) eggs Mexican style, beans, chillaquilas, sometimes spinach or zucchini in pesto, fresh bread, tortillas, homemade salsas. I looked so forward to this after my morning yoga. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. It is locked at night accessible with your key. The north side is quiet with some amazing restaurants just around the corner. The beach is a block away. I’ve stayed here twice and will return again. It is perfection!

Beautiful experience from the moment you arrive, the reception staff is so nice & welcoming. Sayulita is about an hour and half from Puerto Vallarta. This hotel is a perfect place to come to after the long drive in. For such a small town, I am surprised at how developed it is with restaurants, bars, and the general area. you can take golf carts to go around but the town is so small , that you can easily walk in and out of the central town area. It is about a 5 minute walk to the "downtown" Sayulita area.
We ended up having to leave the hotel early and they offered us a massage to make up for the 1 night stay we were going to have to pay, which was SO accommodating of them. My sister loved the massage.
The pool is in the center of the hotel and all the rooms are spacious with water available and refilled.
The breakfast at the hotel is great, it changes daily. This is a special hotel, you will love it!

My grand daughter and I stayed here for a week, we loved the location of our room. There was no tv or phone in the rooms which turned out not to be an issue. The only minor issues we had were no bath cloths, the receptionist didn’t seem to know what they were. Finally we got a break when Frank came on duty, he was great! Hooked us up with bath cloths, arranged our return taxi to the airport, called taxi when we needed one. Frank made our stay that much better. He was easy to communicate with and a pleasure to be around. The breakfast could have been better, seemed to have the same fruit everyday, had different juices every day, some good and some not so not. Overall we enjoyed staying here, the location was great, short walk to the beach and town. We got our exercise for sure, we were so looking forward to the bike rentals but got there and was told the bikes were in maintenance. We were disappointed.

Our family spent a week at this great little gem with 3 separate rooms and loved every thing about it. The rooms are clean, large & bright with a small fridge and the suites with 2 bedrooms have a full kitchen. Fresh drinking water is available everywhere. The breakfast every morning is on the 3rd floor and is complete with eggs, beans, chilaquilas, vegetable, fruit, bread & tortillas. Also juices, coffee& tea. The ladies preparing the breakfast are lovely. Actually all the staff is awesome.
There are 2 pools to enjoy and the ocean is about a 5 minute walk down the street. There are also 2 lovely yoga studios with daily classes. As a guest you get one free class & 1/2 price on subsequent classes. There are also complimentary cruiser bikes available to use.
You are about 10 minutes walking from the town centro but that’s a good thing as it’s nice & quiet at night.
Will stay here again - loved it!

A week in the fabulous town of Sayulita at the even more fabulous Hotel Los Suenos turned into an 18 night stay. My daughter had visited Sayulita after graduating from college. She returned a year later in mid - December,2020.
I decided to check it out and went to visit on Jan. 4, 2021. The property is clean and beautiful. AND if you book 6 nights, you get the 7th night free.
The hotel includes unlimited yoga classes which are offered 3x’s a day and breakfast. The classes and the breakfast are authentic and fantastic. My daily routine was coffee then yoga at 8:30 or 10 am followed by breakfast which is open until 11:30. The cook and restaurant staff were terrific. Maria, Judy & Yesenia always greeted me with a friendly and enthusiastic “buenos dias”
The front desk staff were awesome. Frank, Augustine & Adriana were always very accommodating offering suggestions and recommendations for restaurants, activities and transportation. In addition, I had thtee wonderful massages which added to the relaxed and healthy vibe.
The manager Valentin was also very helpful.
It was an extremely memorable and VERY special bonding time with my daughter. You could tell the hotel and staff were genuinely interested and looked out for their guests.
I would highly recommend this lovely small, boutique hotel.

I stayed at Hotelito Los Sueños about a month ago for a retreat All was pleasant, but what stood out for me was the breakfast and the "Chicas"! The lovely ladies, Yuri, Yesenia, and Maria went out of their way everyday to accommodate us. The breakfasts were delicious and warm with some kind of eggs, beans and then there was always a yummy special, like French Toast or Fritters and fruit. The specials and poached eggs were made on the spot! The lovely "Chicas" were fun to chat with and explained how they made some of the food when I asked about certain plates, like the beans. I sure enjoyed getting up early to go and have coffee and see their smiles. What a cheery and helpful group! Thank you Yuri, Yesenia, and Maria for making the retreat even better!

This is the 5th year I’ve hosted my Yoga retreat at Hotelito Los Suenos. The staff is fantastic. Jesenia has been in the kitchen preparing Sayulita’s best breakfast every year, with Elena and Esperanza’s at her side dishing out an amazing buffet every day.
The front desk staff is 100% fluent in English and so helpful with any questions from restaurant recommendations to laundry services and hair salons. Adriana is the retreat host and ensure that we find new exciting things each year we return.
You can pick from traditional rooms on the original side of the hotel, or more spacious modern ones on the south side. The pools are refreshing, not as warm as the ocean, but you don’t get sand in all your crevasses.
You are a 5 min walk to the beach, and outside of the downtown nighttime music.
I recommend!!

They will totally help you set up transportation if you just contact them and ask!
they have beach towels but no chairs or umbrellas. eating or drinking at one of the beach restaurants allows you to have chairs and umbrellas.
Hola, not for now, but we can recommend you a laundry service that pick your laundry at the hotel.
It's a few blocks from the beach. Our room did have air-conditioning.
We took a bus from the airport. We simply took the walking bridge over the main roadway and the bus station was right there. The buses are clearly labeled and you just hop on the one labeled "sayulita" and it takes you directly to the bus station in sayulita. It was about $2.
