Renovated and updated in January 2020 with new Vanity Quartz & New Furniture. Ramada now has an expanded Breakfast room and Patio area, elevator, carpeting, luxurious pillow top mattresses, desks with ergonomic chairs, large capacity ice makers, big 40 inch HDTVs with Free HBO, refrigerators, microwaves, curved shower rods, room coffee makers, hair dryers, electronic door locks, 24 hour security system for guests safety, free Wi-Fi and a delicious hot breakfast in our Bon Appetit Bistro with scrambled eggs, fresh baked waffles, sausage gravy and biscuits, cereals, donuts, toast, fruit, juices, coffee, tea and milk. Also, added a new guest laundry and eight luxurious King Suites with Sofas. In addition we added two large exterior Gazebos for outdoor dining and gathering places. Our large outdoor pool features tables with umbrellas, beach towels and a sun deck for tanning and relaxing. We are situated in a scenic and quiet location out of the heavy traffic and not far from the 76 Strip, Silver Dollar City, Shepherd of The Hills, the Titanic, Historic Downtown Branson, Branson Landing and Convention Center, Outlet Malls, Music Theaters, tourist attractions and popular restaurants.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with our stay. At check in no one was in the lobby so we literally ended up calling corporate because we were sitting there waiting. The front desk appeared extremely irritated (glared at us) when were checking in finally so that was a lovely warm welcome. It was a hotel rated “exceptionally clean” (on priceline) and there were hairs (around 20) of different colors and sizes in our bed upon check in. There were ants in the bathroom. Dog hairs on the floor. Hole in the bathtub. Dirty contacts on the bathroom floor. Dust & crumbs on floor. Very uncomfortable stay to say the least. We requested another room and “all they could do” is give us a new room. New room was same story-Hairs all over the bed & floor, dust. Slightly cleaner, but no one wants to sleep with other peoples hairs. At breakfast we requested more coffee in the machine and the employee said “Just a minute, I only have one body”. There were also ants at breakfast. Not welcoming, very uncomfortable, do not stay here. On the review I posted on google—-they replied and basically said I didn’t report the hole in the bathtub, but we did! And told them at the front desk during our stay. They just acted like it was no big deal—-no apology—and said it happened over the weekend. My question is why would you put someone in that room after that? There were basically no cars in the parking lot, they had plenty of rooms the could have put us in. Not sure why the place is operating.

Our lobby was not open 24 hours except on the weekends during the time of your stay. There was a member of our staff available though even once the lobby was closed. There is a sign posted just to the left of our lobby door stating to dial 100 after hours with a phone directly under it. There was also a sign on the lobby door stating that the lobby was closed until 6:30 am and to dial 100 for assistance. The morning after arrival you came to the lobby and reported issues with the bed, ants, and the tub. You mentioned NO other issues with this room that you are now claiming. You were immediately moved to another guest room for the remainder of your stay. The room that you occupied for the remaining THREE nights of your stay never had ONE issue reported by you during the stay. You could have just as easily reported issues as you did with the first room but you said nothing? Your request for coffee was fulfilled less than five minutes after your request. As soon as the attendant completed filling other items, it was taken care of. As far as any ants in the breakfast area, a Terminix professional was called in and found no traces of nor any ants. We ask that you reread the reply from our property on your Google Review. It was clearly acknowledged that you mentioned the tub the morning after your arrival. The amount of cars in the parking lot are irrelevant. This is not a statement meant to be rude. There are only a small number of rooms of the room type that you reserved so it is entirely possible that was the only room of that type at the time of your check in.

The room was acceptably clean, the linen was fresh and the bed quite comfortable. My stay was during the off season but the room next to mine was occupied and I never heard them. The property location is easily accessible and it appeared to have ample parking.

Bedding was stained. Beds were hard. Bathrooms were not cleaned very well. The water did not get very hot and what we got didn’t last long. Cups were missing in one of the rooms. We paid for a 3 star hotel and got worse than a Motel 6. Internet was terrible too.

This was a great place to stay for the money . Quite and peaceful. would have liked to see more for breakfast like meat , different cereal, danish rolls ect !!! overall would stay again The bed was very comfortable.

Facilities are run down, broken and filthy. The employees need better training on dealing with customer. This MOTEL will be a black eye or may already be for Ramada by Wyndham unless they make major changes
