We came to Branson for a weekend and enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Hotel. We paid about $79 a night for 4 of us for the cheapest room with 2 double beds. When we checked in Friday night, the nice young lady at the front desk gave us a room with 2 queen beds, fortunately. Room was comfortable. Beds were comfortable. The room included a small refrigerator, but the microwave was down the hall by the ice machine. The room was nice and bright. Tv and phone worked. There were not enough electrical sockets. The bathroom was nice enough, but it was barel large enough for 2 people to be in it. One would have to step outside to change their mind. I sat so close to the door on the toilet that I got a good look at the door handle. Do bathroom doors usually not have locks? This one didn't. There is a breakfast buffet for $12.95, but we did not qualify to get that because our room was so cheap. They also have a nice workout room and pool.

My comforter was extremely dirty in several places. I had to ask more than once for A new one. I was afraid to sleep on the bed not knowing what else might be on it including the sheets. I let them know even showed them the comforter and they never said sorry or nothing. That is wrong. Do not stay here they do not clean the rooms properly. The pool was cold and no towels to dry off with.

Good thing this hotel was clean and the front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet was horrible as well as restaurant staff service. Location of hotel was ok but the hotel was very outdated. If you do stay there go down to the lower level and check out the Military Memorial.

My husband and I, both in our upper 50’s stayed here for the first time. We usually stay at the Clarion but wanted to try something different. We had a room on the top floor (room 927) with a very large balcony, huge bathroom and a nice size living room. I wish I could say our stay was amazing…but there were a lot of issues with this run down hotel. The carpet was coming up between the the bathroom tile and carpeted bedroom which could be a tripping hazard to some. The paint was chipping horribly on our balcony and they don’t have chairs for the balcony so you must stand. The toilet paper holder and towel holder were hanging off the wall, the shower floor is disgusting and the toilet seat had a bad crack in it and when I sat down my skin got wedged in the seat crack and caused a tear on my skin. Yes, I do have pictures to back all of these claims. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable, the coffee in our room was very good and the large jacuzzi tub looked inviting although we did not use it. If the management would take care of the rooms as well as they do the beautiful lobby, this review would be much better I’m sure. We called the manager on duty and she complained about being short staff, which I am sure is a problem these days but still not an excuse to rent a room in this condition. Our total bill for 3 nights was a tad over $600. The manager did take $300 off the bill although I feel that wasn’t enough since an slight injury was involved. My husband will be heading back to the Clarion Hotel on 76 hwy as this is where we stay a few times a year while in Branson.
