We found ourselves to finally have a weekend away and decided to take the 5 hour drive to the Chateau Chantal. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Although it is fall in Michigan it was just so beautiful to see at this time of year. Note if you do come up around this time you wear layers and

My daughter treated me to an afternoon of wine tasting at this place. It was absolutely beautiful sitting up on top of a hill looking down onto the vineyards and farmland, overlooking the water too. We spent the whole day driving up and own the peninsula exploring after our tasti

can you accommodate 8 couples for 2 nights in summer or fall for a reunion
Hello, We certainly do have availability for groups when planning ahead. To clarify the other reviewer's post, we do have an on-site resident manager after 5pm. The front desk in the summer is open until 9pm. Every room is equipped with a list of emergency phone numbers, including that of the resident innkeeper. We also have our own snow plow truck equipped with a salt dispenser for our winter time roads.

Hello ~ We have visited your winery several times and just love it. The BEST view of all of them in our opinion. So we decided to book a room this summer on jazz night. My question is - the only room available was the Behren's suite - does it have a nice view and is it on the upper level or lower? Will we be able to listen to the music from our balcony? Is it in the new section? Thanks for your help!
It's a patio Master Suite with a first floor walk-out patio. Balcony Mater suits have a better view and they are the suits that were renovated in 2014 & 15.

What do they serve for breakfast?
It varies daily. Usually an egg dish. Their own recipe bacon and sweet rolls. Always delicious
