Our private room (#1) was located just 200m away from the arrival with the Ferry, the owner was there to welcome us with what I consider to be above the top quality of service. The room was big and included every thing we could wish for. The flat is located in a quiet street, with a bakery 50m away and all the restaurants and activities you wish for. Once again, what made the real difference was the particular attention the owner gave us, to guide and advice us and also by making us feel good when we arrived (I won't say more, it will be your surprise to enjoy when you get there).

My husband and I only stayed one night so didn't take advantage of all the amenities this apartment has to offer, you could live there comfortably for a weeks. Full kitchen facilities, a dining table to set 6, aTV in the lounge and another in the bedroom. A large bathroom with a washing machine.
All extremely neat and clean in a great position so close to the Ferry port. We were very impressed with Vis and this apartment.
Would definitely choose again.

Great value for money. Very clean hostel with perfect location. Hostels owner Momir is very nice and helpfull guy. He told us every good places; where to go eat, what to do in island etc. And also show every places with map. In our last evening he came knocked our door and said good bye (it was very unusual in other places in Croatia). If you go to Vis- island you should stay in this hostel!

Immaculate! Everything that is promised is provided, including coffee and tea. A bowl of candy too. Location excellent, and did I mention the bed pillows, want to take home!!! Thank you Mommir for the perfect Vis getaway!

This was the best place we stayed in croatia, was so clean & big! Was in the best location also with like 2 minute walk from the ferry! The guy who owns it also was so nice and so helpful! Would recommend to anyone visiting vis to stay here! It was so good value for the money!!

The rooms are in a newly renovated town house in a side street near the ferry port. Momir the owner meets you from the ferry so there's no worry about finding it. Our room was spacious and clean but it's the little details that made all the difference - a hairdryer, pegs and a drying rack for swimming gear, a fridge, a kettle and cutlery were all provided.

Momir from Apartment Dis met us at the ferry & walked us 200m to the spacious (number 3) apartment. Large, clean, with kitchen, large refrigerator. Quiet. Had booked with booking.com but Momir emailed us to confirm. Let us know what good cafes, bike rentals to use. 20m back down the lane to the seafront esplanade. We grabbed a motorcycle & went around the island. Brought some food from the market (100m) so great place to base yourself.

We had a lovely stay at DIS in Vis. The Apartments are located right on the main strip in town, just 30m or so down an alleyway. We were greeted by our host who showed us in, gave us all the information we needed, and even got his daughter to visit to help with the washing machine questions we had that he couldn't answer himself! We stayed in the top floor, so the stairs were somewhat brutal, but once you get up there is a lovely view from the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped, and we managed to save a LOT of money by buying fresh seafood and vegetables from the markets and cooking ourselves for a couple of meals. There is a washing machine, drying rack, and plenty of room to launder clothes too. There's a reasonably comfy couch, TV with plenty of cable stations, and it is quiet and peaceful enough that you'll get a great night's sleep. We would definitely stay here again, and found Vis to be a real highlight of our island hopping - quiet, quaint and peaceful compared to the other more tourist-heavy destinations.

The apartments were a bit difficult to find even though they are very close to the port and where the bus leaves for Komiza. It is down the left side alley to the Peskara bakery which faces the port, and it has a “Sobe Apartment” sign outside it. The room was very spacious and clean and the man was very hospitable. There was a fridge, kettle, cutlery, glasses and plates and good air conditioning. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

We booked through TripAdvisor (also available at booking.com with more reviews) for C$105 for 2 night stay (off peak rate). Warmly welcomed by owner Momir at the ferry exit. Booked room no. 1 which had a queen bed, study table with cutlery, plates and water kettle, spacious bathroom, closet with safety deposit box and ironing board. Very clean and fresh room. (Other accommodation options included bigger space, more amenities).
The building is less than 5 mins away from EVERYTHING that you can think off needing (beach, ferry, bakery, restaurants, money exchange, mini market, travel shops, and bus that can take you to Komiza). We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and coastline.
Momir was a fantastic host, pleasant, friendly and hospitable! He provided suggestions/advice, offered to take care of our laundry for free and even helped us with parking our rental car (insanely tight limited parking!) As we were taking the 530am ferry to leave, he dropped by our room to bid us farewell the night before and gave us an update on the weather for the next days of our travels. We were very impressed with Croatian hospitality! Recommend this accommodation, Momir and charming Vis island!
