For a one night place to sleep, this is fine. Location easy to reach, two staff members I met efficient and friendly. This is not a "nice" motel however. Peeling paint outside, rust and crumbling concrete everywhere. Thin small bath towels, a 6" rod to hang coats, and no door latch to bathroom, just a hole where one used to be. On the other hand, very handicapped accessible, and security cameras abounding with working screens in lobby. I had a clean bed, good water pressure and secure room.
You get what you pay for paper thin walls disturbing is that the place doesn’t quieten down you have noise through the night, people outside having conversations and no one really caring about anything I know your paying Boston prices but this place is overpriced for what’s available paid extra for fridge which I wanted. The bed was comfortable and the shower leaked the bathroom floor had water on the extra towels l used to dry off the floor.
Roach Motel, Do not stay here !!! No one will call me back to even discuss a refund, called the local health department. Only stayed here because it was open after a long drive. Seems as tho many low income family live here or recovering addicts !!!
I have never been to hotel/motel that was this dirty and smelled terrible! We went to the store to buy air freshener, and cleaning wipes (which did not help with the smell). My cleaning wipe was yellow from all the nicotine on the surfaces. The tub was dirty, stained, the sink did not drain because the lever was non existent, there was a big crack in the floor which had dirt embedded in it. The floor in the whole room had crumbs and was dirty. The tv remote was taped together and the air unit was cracked and the door panel coming off. The outside area had a used syringe in the mulch. They charged us a lot of money for this room, and it was not worth it for sure!
we arrived late from Logan airport so HAD NO CHOICE TO STAY HERE>The rooms all smell like smoke and we were lied to there is no smoke free! this is a place that is meant for rehab people to stay, the state of mass pays the hotel to give these people a room. Yes, I know for a fact as EVERYONE MEANING UBER DRIVERS AND EVEN PEOPLE THAT WORK AT LOCAL RESTAURANTS NEAR BY, told us this! How dare you not mention to the PUBLIC/People from out of town about this!! And for how ratty this place is why charge so much? we luckily found another place to stay at the Marriot down the street as luckily someone had cancelled. I COULDN"T of survived another night in this place
Clean room was functional and comfortable for our two-week stay. Property was clean and kept up well. Good location between a Home Depot and Walmart! Felt safe. Free WiFi was nice and the desk help was pleasant and accomodating. We would stay here again!
The people are terrible, nobody understands English, no pool, and NO housekeeping services? Oh good luck getting new sheets HAHA! DO NOT GO THERE! All the food and shopping take FOREVER. Good luck if you do.
Unfortunately we did not book our stay at the nearby Fairfield in for 2 nights and they were full as were area hotels, the only place that had a room was motel 6. The "floating floor" was warped, dirty and had many burn marks on it. The room smelled very badly (smoke covered by some citrus spray), the tub and shower had burn marks and gouges in it. Do your homework around the area before booking here. The room was the same price as much nicer hotels in the area. It was my fault for not booking 2 nights, but never again will I stay at a motel 6. Luckily I had a can of lysol with me. It is also clear that this hotels rents to all kinds of people with little consideration of others staying there.
I was instantly disappointed to not only see the type of people here but also the lack of effort put into the rooms. You can tell that the mattress are cheap and incredibly uncomfortable. In addition to that, there is not a fridge or a microwave in the room. I purchased food that needs to be refrigerated and not it will go to waste. I’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn in Tewksbury for much cheaper than this place and the Holiday Inn is incredible. It has plush pillows (4 on each bed unlike here with 2 cheap uncomfortable pillows) and amazingly comfortable mattresses. The rooms also include fridges, microwaves, and coffee makers. They couldn’t even as much as provide the tiny little bottles of shampoo and conditioner like that other places. We absolutely will not return again.
Stopped here in July on the way home from Maine. We didn't know where we would end up staying so we didn't have reservations. It was later in the evening so we settled on this place. Boy did we settle! Our room reeked of cigarette smoke, and the bathroom was not clean. I aired out the room as good as I could and went over every surface with disinfecting wipes. It was definitely not being cleaned properly and the fact that it was an ongoing problemwas evident. It's really too bad because the room itself was decent. Crossed my fingers and prayed we didn't catch Covid or something else.
