Very friendly front desk staff. Staff is always willing to go above and beyond. Beautiful landscaped property. Rooms are well appointed with all necessary amenities. Bed was SUPER comfortable. Check-in was fast and efficient. I travel here several times throughout the year and have yet to have a less than satisfactory stay. If any problems do arise one phone call to the front desk is all it takes to get it taken care of immediately. I recommend this place to everyone I know. Great for business trips, easy access to major highways.
Had to leave was getting eaten alive by he'd bugs and worse some kind of tropical worm may need surgery u can't work I can't be around people for who knows when look at the pictures you be the judge saving the all mighty dollar isn't worth it and the bottom picture it's only getting worse and no doctor can figure it out just that it's getting worse day by day I am scared please don't go there it's the red devil in
If you are looking for a quality, budget hotel in the Worcester are for 1-2 nights, this is your place. The room was comfortable, clean and the area felt safe. Pretty much all we were looking for for a 1 night stay. It is not going to win any design awards, but we would stay here again for a similar kind of visit.
This Inn has 2 buildings - not sure if the buildings are in very different condition because I am surprised at all of the 5 star reviews. Maybe they are paid for? We were in building 2 which was very old and in bad shape. Our room had a mold issue especially in the bathroom. The a/c smelled musty too. If looked like the staff did the basics as far as cleaning. If you just need a bed for the night it'll do. You will want to get going asap in the morning.
Although there is a sign on the front desk saying a surcharge will be added to your bill for the safe in the room that then can be taken off upon request at check-out, places really need to stop pulling that nonsense. I hadn't initially seen the sign and at check-in when I mentioned the price discrepancy between what I was quoted online versus what I was actually being charged, the clerk didn't seem to know why. It's either employee ignorance or an intentionally sneaky lack of transparency. This detracted quite a bit from what was otherwise a nice enough stay.
Very clean nice staff the owner is so kind I recommend this hotel for anyone kid friendly LGBTQ friendly quiet just amazing price is great as well hard wood floors yess no carpet I am glad that we came here even paid for another week that's how wonderful it is here
Great management, front desk staff, maintenance, housekeeping and laundry. Every one was helpful and everything was clean and beautiful. Problems were solved, if any, immediately. A great experience with great people to help.
Check in clerk wearing hoodie with hood up & no mask. Room smelled like cigarettes. Bathroom door sticks/squeaks. Uncomfortable bedding. Punch dent in bathroom door. Mystery splatter on inside door. Front door's peep hole glass broken. Heat knob broken. Tub very dirty. NO COFFEE MAKER IN ROOM. Small room. Gross. Stayed at the Red Roof Inn Plus+ in Framingham the night before, which was good. I'd stay there again. I'd never stay here again. Your options for this whole area are limited unless you up your budget or travel further. All lowest priced hotels in Southborough/Westborough are gross trash. Up your budget and stay at the Courtyard by Marriot, or go to Marlborough, or Red Roof Inn Plus+ in Framingham.
I enjoyed staying at the Red Roof Inn. The rooms were very clean with very good housekeepers. Steve is a great manager and always addresses your needs. The front desk and maintenance staff are second to none. They are very polite and conscientious. All of the staff are ready to help regarding any problems. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
I stayed here for a week around July 4th. It's conveniently located near the I-495 outer beltway and the MA Turnpike. The hotel itself is well-maintained. There are two buildings located on a slight hillside. It has a nice woodsy feel to it. There is a big lawn and gazebo located between the buildings. The gazebo is popular with people who wanna enjoy a smoke or outdoor meal. The room itself is clean and the A/C and fridge worked well and the mattress was comfy. Cable TV has a good selection. WiFi internet speed is not blazing fast but still adequate for most tasks. There is a Cumberland Farms convenience store next door for all your late night munchie needs. When you pull out onto Route 9 it's a right turn only and there is a slight blind spot so you really have to punch the throttle if there is fast-moving trafffic. I would imagine this is more stressful during heavy rain or snow.…
