Property's Favourite Review
My husband and I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Inn at Cook Street. We had stayed there several times over the years and the new owners, Spencer and Dustin, are by far, the best hosts we have ever had anywhere on the cape. Spencer is the host with the most. Charming, gracious, warm, and welcoming, he is a delight to get to know and always made us feel cared for. His partner, Dustin, consistently turns out delicious, beautiful, varied breakfasts that we often chose to enjoy on the lovely small deck near our second-floor room. The other guests were quiet and friendly, and Spencer was terrific at suggesting dining options, walks, and events in town. Our room was clean with updated, stylish decor, a comfortable King bed, and lots of nice bathroom amenities. The inn's location is perfect for those who want the best of both worlds: on the quieter side of Commercial Street, yet walkable to galleries, shops, and local markets where you can assemble picnics for the beach. All-around terrific. Highly recommended!

My husband and I stayed for one night in the cottage. It was just perfect. Dustin and Spencer made us feel so welcomed. They had warm cookies and coffee/tea available when we arrived. Breakfast was outstanding in a bright, pretty dining room. We hope to return and stay longer.

It was my lucky day when I picked the Inn at Cook St online this past summer. It took me about 5 minutes to know, after arriving, that I would never have to search for Ptown lodgings again! This place is perfect and there are many reasons why. I'm an artist and the short walk to the center of commercial street takes you past many galleries - each one so unique. The Inn is just enough removed from town to feel very private and quiet and it's SUPER charming (you need only look at the pics to see this). The rooms are beautiful and clean - and there a nice selection of different vibes from a stand alone cottage by the Koi pond to a room with fireplace, tub, 4 poster bed and a Tibetan Bowl!! Some rooms have private balconies and I enjoyed mine very much! It's time we talk FOOD - like...OMG Food! I'm partial to the deep dish blueberry pancakes and there is always a variety of healthy options including egg-something and yogurt topped with homemade granola. Honestly, you might want to stay here JUST to get a taste of Dustin's baking! The best is that our hosts, new to inn-keeping - but not to making things special for other - are awesome, fun, welcoming, beautiful people! You can't go wrong here. I've been twice already and it's my Ptown home away from home.
