Love the large spacious kitchen and sitting area. Oversized bathroom and nice sized bedroom with room darkening shade. Lobby is welcoming and modern for complimentary daily breakfast and a bar to unwise at night.. Security feature requires hotel key card to select floor, which I liked. My one star removal, the closet is short and small. If you have long gown for a wedding forget about hanging it up. And the iron and ironing board are behind the clothes so you would have to remove the clothes to get to them . Not designed for longer staying couple . With so much space they could have designed this better.

Hotel's Favourite
I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and their staff. We were bumped out of another property and they did everything they could to make it right for us. They went above and beyond to make up for the drama. Every member of their staff - from the supervisor to the bartender - were friendly and accommodating. In addition to the great staff, the hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was good. I’d absolutely stay here again!

The staff at this hotel could not have been accommodating. We were only here for three nights and had many "pre-wedding" activities going on all weekend so by the time we got back to the room, all we wanted to do was sleep. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was a huge plus and the noise level was very, very quiet. In reading some of these reviews, I'm not sure if the noise issue was fixed or we were in a better location (third floor). I would also like to commend the front desk employee (Carrie) for going way above and beyond in making our stay more pleasant. We will be in Natick again in the near future and will definitely stay at this hotel.

Stayed there for a week in May/June. Great location, nice room, very pleasant staff. Unpacked a week's worth of clothes and then noticed that the light over the "living room" couch was out. Thought it needed a simple bulb replacement and called the desk. Person came and informed us that it was the fixture not the bulb and the part was on back order. They offered us another room but by that time we were unpacked. The part never arrived during our one week stay. Another fix-it person told us that several rooms had the same problem. Why did they put us in a room with a light they knew was broken instead of the one they offered to move us to? A second problem was that there was a high pitched beep in the kitchen. A person came and fixed it but didn't tell us the problem. The beep came back and a second person told us it came from the refrigerator and showed us the button to press to stop it. He did not tell us that it would happen after every time we opened the refrigerator. We figured this out ourselves and learned to press the button after opening the door. These issues are sloppy management in an otherwise excellent place.

Pros: - Seems to be a very new hotel - Everything is clean and modern - Very nice fireplace / lounge with bartender serving local beer from one town over (Framingham.) - Very professional welcome. - Conveniently located near highways and freeways. Close to pretty much anything you'd want to do in Greater Boston or even New England - Having a full kitchen is great. - Laundry room. - Bed very comfortable. - Perfect A/C and heat control. - Very quiet area and rooms seem to have great soundproofing. Cons: - Not cheap - Corporate, bland feel. Though that is to be expected in a Residence Inn and might be an asset to some. - Breakfast is cafeteria level. Same food every day. Plastic forks and knives. Ends at 9am which is too early for some. - Annoying pop music constantly blaring in the lobby and driveway. Not everyone wants to hear music at 6am. And for this music, many over the age of 25 (which is most of the clientele) never want to hear it. Lose the music.

We stayed for 3 nights for a nearby wedding. It was great to have the extra space, small kitchen and 2 tvs. The staff was very courteous and professional. All staff members wore masks as did most guests. The breakfast was way above average. I only have some minor complaints: the closet is way too small and does not have a door. I could not hang my dress or my husband's suit pants without the bottom touching the shelf. The bathroom does not have a magnifying mirror which would have been nice especially when you are attending an event. There is no safe in the room. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again..

We have to go to a doctor in Wellesley frequently and sometimes choose to stay over. Last week we decided to try this Residence Inn and were very pleased. All the features seem to be a bit upscale, more like a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is again available and it is very nice, with plenty of seating; and the bar is open in the evenings with some light fare available--more than sufficient for our evening meal so no going back out in a thunderstorm. We've come to expect other guests will let doors slam or pound their feet, etc. Hotels cannot control all that, and it was no worse than any other hotel we've been in. We had a quiet evening and a good night's sleep, which is all we wanted. Eric, the bartender, was pleasant and fun to chat with. The most help was Greg at the front desk. Travelling a distance to a doctor's appointment it is always nice to check in early to freshen up after the drive. The hotel had been full the night before and close to full the day we arrived. But Greg was very accommodating and got us into our room early enough for a quick stop before going back out. All the staff was pleasant and friendly. Thank you all.

We stayed here for a week after selling our house and the space was perfect for our needs. Everything was very clean and well maintained from the kitchen to the bathroom and the very comfortable bed. The fitness center was also well appointed with cardio, weights, kettle bells, etc. Unlike some other reviews, we found it to be very quiet despite the nearby construction on Rte 9. However, that may have been because we had the A/C fan on while we slept. Highly recommended!

My wife and I have stayed here several times while visiting family and enjoy so many things about the hotel. Pre Covid, they have a lounge area with a fireplace and bar that is warm and comfortable. And they have a nice menu for late night dinner or snacks. The morning breakfast is excellent too (pre covid, now they are giving out pre packaged bags which are a great substitute. The rooms are very nice and comfortable too, it is easy to adjust the temperature, the bathroom is spacious. The living room area is a tad small but it is still very comfortable. The staff, are warm and inviting. Parking is very convenient. Special kudos to manager David and Beth during our last stay.

We stayed at the Residence Inn for 1 night. The location is accessible, close to mall, restaurants etc. Plenty of free parking. Beth at the front desk checked us in and she was fantastic. Super nice, kind and hospitable. The rooms are very nice. Clean, great bathrooms and kitchen. Beds are comfortable. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is you are unable to get a fresh cup of coffee. You have a keurig in your room but no cream or milk. Just powdered creamer. Breakfast was bagged & prearranged. Bagel with the tiniest packet of cream cheese, apple juice, banana and granola bar. This was our only issue.
