As part of a business trip, we researched options in Milford and this is supposed to be the best option. Pros —is in Milford and conveniently located if you need to stay in town —friendly staff —self-serve options —provides alcohol wipes and hotel info sheet upon checkin Cons —rooms and bathroom were definitely worn —toilet barely flushed —room windows were so dirty could barely see through them —balcony with sliding doors but no access —TV in the room didn’t work Overall, we should have adjusted our expectations to be more in line with a holiday inn, motel like experience.

Just wanted to say a big thanks to Kim (Front desk manager) and the staff at this Marriott Courtyard. Biz travel, during C-19, can be nerve-wracking - Kim and her staff are excellent and during this biz trip Jan 2021 - she remembered me at check-in, from 2 previous biz trips, welcomed me back, described - in detail - the updates, changes and safety protocols (hotel and MA state) that had made since my last biz trip in the fall 2020. We briefly discussed family, my biz trip and dealing with life during the C-19 pandemic. and the Icing on the cake? She handed me an updated list of local restaurants to patronize during my stay. She is a personable, funny, friendly manager, always with a smile. It is appreciated - especially, during these "the world is upside down" times. I look forward to my next visit. What ever you need they are right there to help you. During these trying times and with covid 19, i had a really restful stay, thanks to the staff, i was there for 9 nights very comfortable stay, the front desk staff was amazing. Being by myself i felt very safe.

The Courtyard in Milford is a basic and good choice for doing business in the Milford area. It has everything you need for a business trip and friendly staff. The small tea kitchen in the room give you the option to be a bit more self reliant which I like.

I the pleasure of staying in the Marriott Courtyard in Milford for 4 nights. Having travelled a distance from Ireland, I was met with a genuine and helpful welcome (special kudos to Joe at Reception) The room provided was comfortable, tasteful and had plenty of thoughtful touches. I was able to avail of the morning & evening courtesy shuttle bus to work, where I enjoyed great chats with Joey and Ward. Not wanting to brave the snowy elements, I was excellently taken care of in the Bistro (fine food and local draft on tap). I can now see why my colleague had recommend the Marriott Courtyard. A genuine excellent experience, sincerely hosted by genuine staff.

Amongst the myriad of choices in the area, and the same old, same old that you find within the majority, the Marriott just seems to go that one step further. The staff and rooms are just that extra bit cheerier and nicer. The only down side is the fitness facility, which, quite frankly is a joke.

We understand the small size of the exercise room hosting 2 treadmills, free weights and eliptical equipment is restrictive to the volume of customers we host. We have worked out arrangements with a local gym in an attempt to offer a better work out experience at a discount price to give another option for the many that work out and stay with us. I am writing this review to provide an update that the hotel took many steps to reach out to me to ensure they were able to meet my expectations. We visit Milford often and have stayed at various hotels. This was our first time at Courtyard Marriot Milford and we were completely impressed. The lobby and public areas are updated, modern and welcoming. The staff is so friendly and warm--I haven't experienced this level of professionalism and caring in a long time. The room was excellent, the amenities top notch, the bed cozy, the linens soft. We loved the bar area (they serve food too!) and the Starbucks for a great coffee treat in the morning. We will absolutely be back every time we are in Milford.

I have been staying here since the last week of February and if I cannot find another hotel with similar rates for my client, I will have to be here for another 1+ years. I mobile check in each week 2 days before arrival as an Ambassador Elite benefit, but I have found that benefit does not mean anything here. I have asked repeatedly for an explanation of how is it I am assigned the most basic, smallest rooms when I mobile check on Saturday for Monday arrival but others I know check in on Sunday and receive a SUITE. Not getting an answer. Summary of this, if you have status, dont expect to be treated as if you do. This is my posting for this week. Will post each week as I receive the same service, especially since I cannot write a review on Marriott unless I receive a survey. NOTE: a requested a few special items in my room.
