Perfect stay! We Initially booked here for just one night , but enjoyed and loved our stay so much we decided to book two extra nights. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Complimentary coffee hot cocoa and tea all day and night at the lobby was delicious, as was the complimentary breakfast in the morning , decent selection! Pool and jacuzzi area was awesome and lots of fun for the family. The hotel was clean everywhere and you always saw the staff and housekeeping going above and beyond to maintain the place clean, and smelling great. The rooms were spacious stocked with toiletries , extremely clean , and beds were really comfortable the pillows felt like heaven , and we loved the sheets. Coffee maker , fridge, microwave , and lots of space to stock up on snacks and save your belongings. Laundry for guests and ice machine available all night. It was an all around pleasant stay Lira of things to do around the area which was a plus! we can’t wait to be back ! Awesome Hotel, coke here you won’t regret it you definitely get your moneys worth and then some …. 5 stars for sure ! …

Loved my stay. Went there with a family member for a game their son had. The staff for me was an A+ they treat you excellently. Rooms were very clean. What really shocked me was that I was at room 112, next to the laundry and I heard a lady talking very loud with obscene words, as I opened the door and looked, it was a tall lady with red glasses. Very arrogant. She was talking to 2 of the staff. One of them had tears in her eyes. I later found out that she is the housekeeper supervisor. She should be ashamed because she also is latin and mistreating latins. They are human. Can’t imagine what they must be going thru with this lady, and not being able to defend themselves because they do not speak English. Would not let a family of mine work there. Other than that everything was fine, especially the staff.…

I am extremely happy with this hotel. Super helpful friendly staff! My dog has been with me and it's definitely pet friendly! My only negative is the bed's they need to be upgraded. The hotel is safe and very well lit at night. I 100 % recommend booking a stay here.

Excellent, clean, friendly hotel. Stayed here before a Patriots game, easy to get to Gillette Stadium and also handy for Rhode Island and Cape Cod. Front desk were welcoming and were very good in helping us when our flight home to the UK was cancelled and we needed an additional night. Breakfast was standard Holiday Inn fare, no complaints, plenty of choice and always well stocked. Would stay again

Not the best nor newest hotel—it needs renovations and updating. Ok pool. Staff needs more training in hospitality, as the young woman at the Front Desk staff hounded us several times about the room occupancy, as if we were trying to have additional guests stay with us! First, she said it at the Front Desk, then she called the room to reiterate how the accommodations were for two! We have traveled nationally and internationally and this shocked us to no end! Breakfast ok.

The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good as well. Wished they didn’t have carpet since they are allowing pets. There should be specific rooms for pets and their owners. We wasn’t a fan of the sink being located outside of the bathroom.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The great, the room was very clean, pretty big in size and had plenty of furniture and in-room amenities to make my stay comfy. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful especially one young women (saw at night). Also appreciated older gentlemen who went extra mile looking through side inventory to satisfy my sugar craving for cookies!! The bad, mini frig/freezer wasn't working/on when I arrived. I turned setting but remained warm until third night where finally cold however leaving the next morning so no help! SO disappointing having to deal with getting ice from machine down hall, put in Ziplock bags, empty melted ice, rinse & repeat! If you advertise having these for guest in rooms, it would be a simple matter of checklist for cleaners to make sure these are working and on when cleaning a room. Wouldn't take much effort on hotel part and goes a long way for customer satisfaction. Another bad, parking was an issue. Out in front of hotel very limited with more parking on backside and more little further away up an incline on hill area. All 3 nights parking in front filled which was expected because small but back area filled too and often with a large portion of work trucks and younger guys. This leaves older people, single women, etc having to park up on the hill part having to walk up and down the sloped pavement. Management may want to consider having work trucks park up on the hill parking to help accommodate older and less physically fit patrons to use parking that is flat and closer to hotel. I saw through parking lot windows there was an indoor pool that looked very nice but didn't check it out nor gym so can't speak on those details. Not a breakfast eater so can't review there either :)…

My son and I stayed 5 nights/6 days. Throughout our entire stay, I was so impressed with the cleanliness, service, friendliness of the staff, amenities etc. Barbara and Ashley at the desk were so friendly and helpful. The lobby was immaculate. Breakfast was delicious and constantly replenished. Coffee and tea service all day was fantastic. Hallways, stairways and elevator were clean. Room was very spacious with a comfortable bed, clean updated space, nice shower and great size refrigerator. Housekeeping was efficient, respectful and did a terrific job. Pool and hot tub were open and clean. The grounds are kept beautiful. Lots of parking. I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great stay!
