eautiful hotel. Room size and layout was very conducive to families or anyone who desires extra space. Free breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Seating in dining area lots of options. Restaurant staff limited, service slow even though there were not a lot of customers and pricy. Outside seating area was very pleasant. Multiple dining options easily walkable. Price reasonable. Do not recommend buying alcohol in hotel store CRAZY $!!!! ( $25 for a 2 glass bottle of wine) I know it is convenient but crazy. Instead bring your own on buy near by if you want to have social time in outdoor seating area.. Highly recommend!

I am so very happy I chose Embassy Suites for a short stay. They have wonderful amenities, the staff is very pleasant, and willing to help in any way to make sure your stay is relaxing. Their location is central to major routes in the area and there are plenty of off site things to do within walking distance. I will definitely choose Embassy Suites next time I need a home away from home!!!

When we booked the hotel more than 9 months ago, I was lucky to upgrade it to the actual suite with having a kitchen. The last time we stayed here it was magical. Then comes covid. Some of what made our initial stay great was pool and hot tub. Yup Covid casualty. We stayed for 4 nights, and the other part of the magic was that we could have made to order eggs/breakfast. While we were provided a grab bag consisting of a yogurt, breakfast bar, a juice and a fruit bar, this is not what Embassy Suites likes to advertise. When we left to go to another Hilton property on the Cape, guess what, they have hot breakfast, prepared for you to come and pick up. (you pre order the night before and tell them the time of pick up). This to me is going the extra step/effort. They could have easily done this. They could have also done the nightly social or had the restaurant open if they really want to put in that effort, so don't blame that one on Covid. On to the room. The room was clean, had an odd smell when we first got in, maybe from lack of use. The kitchen was clean, though I don't think attention was placed here as there was a Hodge podge of plates vs, silverware (3 plates 2 spoons, 3 forks you get the idea). Bed was really comfortable and rooms were dark. Staff was friendly and were often left looking for something to do as the hotel was not overbooked. really like 6 rooms being booked. The place was quiet and would all things considered would consider staying again if and only if what is the standard of Embassy is brought back as you did not see a price break for the lack of amenities.

As someone who travels for work, I typically stick to using Embassy Suites. I enjoy the extra space for work travel, especially when I'm on location for more than a few days.

My recent work travel took me to this location August 21 - September 2. A long two weeks on the job started with my being given a key to my room, going upstairs about 11:30 at night and opening the door to My assigned room which already had a guest in it. I gave this poor business in his boxer shorts a fright as he sat on his laptop. I was mortified and apologetic.

The front desk gave me a new room and some snacks, saying sorry they had a rough night.

As I stayed there I had to ask for specific things or no service was provided. Over the weekend I asked them to please change the sheets for week two. They did but they didn't take the trash or the dirty towels or replenish the toilet paper. I'd ask for towels but then they wouldn't take the used towels. If I asked for trash bags they would give me some, but they wouldn't take the trash. Every time someone would come to drop the one item I asked for while I was at work, they'd turn the AC up to 80.

Oh and I was told at check in they don't do hospitality because this is Massachusetts. We don't do that here.

It was a horrible stay. I should have known by how the stay began that the next two weeks would be bad. Because they didn't seem to care at all about any type of customer service.

We are sorry for the confusion with your initial room! We will talk with our team to make sure our attention to detail is on point. Please know we have updated our housekeeping procedures. Stayover housekeeping service is available upon request during your stay. Simply contact the front desk at any time to request extra towels and amenities or to schedule a room cleaning. For stays of four (4) nights or more, we will provide full cleaning every fourth night/fifth day for all guests. From what you described, there was an oversight during your extended stay regarding the automatic cleaning after your fourth night. We will address this right away and we apologize! We hope that this information helps improve any future travels, and we hope for a second chance to regain your trust.

This is a nice hotel and the rooms are spacious. However, they don't clean your room unless you've been there 5 nights! If you want fresh towels, you have to stop by the desk every morning to request them. They will not just mark down that you want towels, coffee, soap, glasses etc. This is a hassle as you get to wait in line with those who are checking in/out.

Breakfast is good and the gentleman who makes omelets is super! One morning they didn't open the buffet line so the omelet line was quite long. Don't know what they were thinking.

All in all, it's a nice place but since they certainly haven't lowered their rates to make up for the lack of cleaning services, we might look elsewhere next time.

The location of this hotel is awesome. They are within walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores and other retail outlets. Which is a huge plus because there is not an Uber or Lyft to be found in the area. The air circulation could be better in the bedroom but otherwise the room is spacious enough and the staff is really great.

The dinner and breakfast are good and the service very friendly, particularly Ana Portugal, great help on everything you may need.
Nearby restaurants at walking distance, decent gym and the bed was comfortable.
It is a solid 4 for the price you pay

We recently stayed at the Embassy Suites for a wedding. What a nice hotel. Check in was easy and the front desk staff were cheerful and helpful. We were surprised at getting an upgrade. The room was quite large with a full kitchen, generous living room with a fireplace, balcony, and a separate bedroom. There is a large bar and restaurant. Breakfast was included and was good.

The hotel is located on a busy road. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. This makes it nice if you are planning to stay for a few days.

I felt comfortable with the hotel’s Covid policy. All staff members wore masks. The rooms were sealed to let you know they were sanitized. Sanitizing wipes were provided in the room.

Went to a small gathering and it was a very nice place with updates throughout. Then I ordered a beer. No Bud products (ok, I am a bud person). I get a Sam and the guy says "$9.10 please". I was definitely feeling gouged. This is Marlborough, not Boston. Everyone was commenting about $9.60 for a draft beer. So who loses? The bartender cause now you are feeling gouged and we are not giving you 11 bucks for a glass of beer. Maybe if the Bruins are playing in the arena next to the bar!

We stayed here on our way to a Boston cruise.

We checked in using our Hilton app and digital key card.

I had chosen room 356. It was a corner 2 room suite with 2 queen beds. The hotel is built into a hillside. The third floor of this wing exits out to a parking lot which was convenient.

They have a reception starting at 5:00 pm which had some snacks and complimentary soft drinks. We asked about beer since that was always available at other Embassy Suites we have visited. We were told that Massachusetts law did not allow free beer.

For dinner, we took a short walk to a Longhorn Steakhouse.

In the morning, we went down for breakfast which was good.

We had a comfortable stay. The room was very quiet being at the end of the hall

The hotel is convenient to plenty of dining and shopping options and is very close to I-495.

Overall, a good visit.
