We stayed there over the weekend / wish we would’ve known how FULL it was before booking. Place was packed too many people using the elevator, no option to use the stairs when you please / emergency only stairs. We booked because we really wanted to try pool/ jacuzzi area. There was a family there hogging the jacuzzi and pool. We couldn’t even try the jacuzzi , waited 2 hours. Small kids running everywhere without parent supervision / buying stuff with mommy and daddy’s credit cards while they drank at the bar. Kids were extremely annoying and not well behaved. Kicking arcade games and cussing in the arcade room/ staff wouldn’t say or do a thing about it. Breakfast was incredible as was the restaurant for dinner / pricey but that was to be expected. Food was amazing , and a lot of things to do but again way too full to capacity! We got room 239 / it was a nice and clean room, comfortable. Weirdest thing happened ; closet door opened and closed by itself multiple times (caught in camera) and just overall felt uneasy sleeping at night in the main bedroom/ king size bedroom. (Possibly haunted!?) 😂 anyway we could deal with this what we couldn’t deal with was the rude / careless families leaving their children everywhere unattended and family hogging the jacuzzi area all night! Really unfair since we really wanted to try this area!! Overall ok stay. Would we be back here any time soon/ probably not. …
eautiful hotel. Room size and layout was very conducive to families or anyone who desires extra space. Free breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Seating in dining area lots of options. Restaurant staff limited, service slow even though there were not a lot of customers and pricy. Outside seating area was very pleasant. Multiple dining options easily walkable. Price reasonable. Do not recommend buying alcohol in hotel store CRAZY $!!!! ( $25 for a 2 glass bottle of wine) I know it is convenient but crazy. Instead bring your own on buy near by if you want to have social time in outdoor seating area.. Highly recommend!
Nice Hotel people nice but there is one thing; the evening reception was nice but, thought the drinks would be free or half off but they were not. Not happy about that. The ambiance was great and a good variety of food.
Second time staying here and our experience was excellent again! This will be our place to stay each time we visit Mass! Very friendly staff - food is excellent. Our waitress/bartender couldn't have been more acomodating! Very pleased with this hotel, the cleanliness of the room and their staff!
We stayed at this hotel while visiting family. The front desk staff were excellent. We were allowed to check in 1 hour early and had late checkout. There was a problem accessing my Hilton Honors account but staff worked with me until this was found. Room was clean and up to date. Shower was good and my 6'1 dad fit in it with no problems. Breakfast in the morning was amazing with a buffet and omlet station. Hot tub was clean and had good temp. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
We stayed here on our way to a Boston cruise. We checked in using our Hilton app and digital key card. I had chosen room 356. It was a corner 2 room suite with 2 queen beds. The hotel is built into a hillside. The third floor of this wing exits out to a parking lot which was convenient. They have a reception starting at 5:00 pm which had some snacks and complimentary soft drinks. We asked about beer since that was always available at other Embassy Suites we have visited. We were told that Massachusetts law did not allow free beer. For dinner, we took a short walk to a Longhorn Steakhouse. In the morning, we went down for breakfast which was good. We had a comfortable stay. The room was very quiet being at the end of the hall The hotel is convenient to plenty of dining and shopping options and is very close to I-495. Overall, a good visit.…
I thought I was staying at a hotel with nicely appointed rooms, updated decor, nice seating areas. But so far on night 1 I learned I am actually staying at a gymnasium where teens run through the halls playing tag until what I have learned is a 10:00 curfew. They should advertise this as a Family only hotel only. Very disappointing as it looked like a nice place to stay.
As someone who travels for work, I typically stick to using Embassy Suites. I enjoy the extra space for work travel, especially when I'm on location for more than a few days. My recent work travel took me to this location August 21 - September 2. A long two weeks on the job started with my being given a key to my room, going upstairs about 11:30 at night and opening the door to My assigned room which already had a guest in it. I gave this poor business in his boxer shorts a fright as he sat on his laptop. I was mortified and apologetic. The front desk gave me a new room and some snacks, saying sorry they had a rough night. As I stayed there I had to ask for specific things or no service was provided. Over the weekend I asked them to please change the sheets for week two. They did but they didn't take the trash or the dirty towels or replenish the toilet paper. I'd ask for towels but then they wouldn't take the used towels. If I asked for trash bags they would give me some, but they wouldn't take the trash. Every time someone would come to drop the one item I asked for while I was at work, they'd turn the AC up to 80. Oh and I was told at check in they don't do hospitality because this is Massachusetts. We don't do that here. It was a horrible stay. I should have known by how the stay began that the next two weeks would be bad. Because they didn't seem to care at all about any type of customer service.…
Upon checking in they let us in to our room 2 hours early. The room was very nice and very comfortable. Used the indoor pool was clean with plenty of pool towels. Conveniently located to many restaurants and shopping. The complimentary breakfast was good.
The room description said 3 beds and when we arrived it was 2 beds. The staff tried to blame it on booking.com when I had to remind them they were the ones who put the description on there. The balcony door didn't open. The fridge froze all the food we put there so it was ruined. The drinks reception consisted of a free plastic cup of soda.
