Hidden behind diverse restaurants and a gigantic amusement indoor place, this hotel offers a lot of conveniences: close to main highways, a nice swimming pool for the children and within walking distance from APEX. Hyatt Place Marlborough is my first choice when working in the area. The location works well for me with the proximity of restaurants, fuel, and groceries. The hotel and area have everything I need when I wok in the area.

We were surprised that there were so many short falls it hurt our feel for Hyatt. We will give another chance and hope we don't regret it. We are hoping we caught them at a bad time. Woman at front counter who should be your first great interaction was rude, hard to understand as if we were bothering her. When you offer a pull-out sofa and find dirty socks under the cushions that's a problem. Finding unmentionable items under the bathroom sink shows its not cleaned well. My grandson jokingly asked if we were staying in a crime scene.

Clean convenient located to a bunch of restaurants and shopping Great option if you are visiting for Hockey or just a weekend getaway. friendly staff clean spacious rooms added to a fun time.I highly recomend this property if you have children pool area was loud but clean.

We love staying at Hyatt’s and we are usually very pleased with our stays. We checked into the Hyatt Place at 3pm and went to our room. After putting our bags down I went into the bathroom and noticed a black hair on the sink, 2 on the floor and 2 in the shower. I looked around the room and there was a moldy grape on the floor. We called the front desk, they said the room was marked as clean but would switch our room. We went to the new room, put our bags down and looked around. Besides the room missing shampoo and conditioner, it seemed clean. We pulled back the covers and there were hairs on the fitted bed sheet and one on the pillow. We called the front desk and asked to have someone come and change the bed out. We waited an hour, the front desk called the room to confirm housekeeping came but they didn’t. The front desk said they would put the request in again. 5 minutes later a knock on our door and a man handed my husband sheets. We asked for housekeeping to redo the bed so we had to call the front desk again. A woman from housekeeping came 15 minutes later and proceeded to remake the bed. She only changed the fitted sheet and top sheet and went to leave. There was a hair on the pillow case and she wasn’t going to switch the pillow cases, I had to ask her to. I am convinced that they aren’t changing the sheet’s between guests at this hotel and they aren’t cleaning properly. Horrendous experience here.…

We stayed here as a family of four a 5 year old and teenager. The pool was one of the reasons we picked this hotel. The pool was not heated and was mucky and cold. It was a bummer for the little one. The room was stall shower no rooms have tubs at this hotel so if you have small children expect that. Breakfast included was just ok I would’ve rather went to breakfast and stayed in a cheaper hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and the beds were comfortable in the room. If you are traveling for business this hotel would be perfect.

Went for a little getaway with my kids for February vacation. Hoping to mix things up and have them enjoy an indoor pool and room service. We were unable to do either. The pool was freezing and room service wasn’t available. Waste of money. Atleast they got to go to friendlys next door. Gag

I was here for business, but there is tons to do for families in the area - lots of restaurants and shopping and the Apex Center. We had business meetings there (Apex Center) and then returned later for fun and games. The hotel is newer, clean with nice sized rooms and breakfast was the best that I have had at a hotel in a while.

Rooms and the hall ways were very filthy. This was our second stay here and we will not be returning. we could of gone to another hotel but not worth the aggravation. We had to rent several rooms due to several family members traveling with us and they all had the same opinion of the hotel.
