. . . And, using the Mass Pike, surprisingly close to the Boston area. Our only disappointment was that there was no public computer, and no fitness equipment. But our greatest pleasure was meeting Jackie, behind the front desk. She's smart, charming, helpful, and a pleasure to know. We arrived late in the evening, and tired, to find we hadn't been assigned the room with two beds we had reserved. Jackie rectified the matter -- immediately. Nice hotel for the price. The room was clean when I arrived, with sheets/towels/etc. all prepared as nicely as you would want. The concierge on my first night, Jesus, was very helpful. Contrary to some reviews I've read the hot water in the shower does actually work, you just have to crank the handle really far. Main issue was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms--lots of families stay here and the one in the adjoining room to mine had a toddler or small child who shrieked for no less than 12 hours a day (I counted).

First, the room. The room is like a small studio apartment with a kitchenette and a counter with chairs to eat at. The wifi is phenomenal, we were able to stream on two separate devices with no delays in either device. There was a microwave, two burners for the stove, and a full size fridge. We felt like we had our own apartment. The laundry room accepts debit cards, which was a modern touch we appreciated. We stocked the fridge and brought our air fryer, so we felt like we were in a home away from home. Now, the service. My partner and I stayed recently. We showed up late in a bit of an emergency situation, needing a last minute place to stay. Ryan, who met us at the check in counter was kind, warm, and really helpful. We weren't sure we would find a room in our budget, but he went the extra mile to check a room that was marked dirty, because he was sure it had already been cleaned. It was, and he helped us stay. Throughout our stay, he and his coworkers were friendly and supportive. We felt welcome asking questions and sparking conversations. We greatly appreciated Ryan and his fellow staff. They're the reason we're writing this review. Ryan deserves a raise and the staff overall deserve kudos! Overall, our stay was a great experience and made Extended Stay America a first choice on our list of hotels for the future.…

Literally the worst hotel booking I've ever made. DO NOT BOOK HERE! I was left waiting over 15 minutes at the unattended front desk when I arrived at 7:30pm only to find out that they gave away my confirmed room. Despite having a reservation the hotel refused to lift a finger to correct the situation. Instead, I had to get Expedia to rebook elsewhere. After promising Expedia they'd refund, they later fraudulently charged my card $200.00. This was not an accident - this was intentional outright theft. I had to contact Expedia yet again in order to get the situation resolved. The hotel will take your money under false pretenses and then make you go through your booking agency for a refund. They give your room away and then because you didn't "stay" there you can't leave the terrible review that Extended Stay America so clearly deserves.…

My recent stay at extended stay was very pleasant. The cleanliness in the room was to T. The staff is phenomenal, very well mannered and eager to assist. The front desk was real helpful and when asked for extra towels, housekeeping delivered right away. I will definitely make reservations in the near future here again and recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfort stay in the area. Thank you for having me!!!

Very safe and comfortable stay. Staff is great and very friendly. Special mention to Ms. Peri who was ready to help all the time. Kitchen setup was good, they gave all utensils when asked to try and cook something to eat when got bored of eating outside.

One staff was very friendly who checked us in. Upon entering room found no sheets for pull out coach . Called down to inquire about where sheets were and a different women answered was rude and said I need to come down and get sheets. I asked for an extra pillo one of the clerks said no problem the other lady had a bit of an attitude about giving us another pillo. Keep in mind when we checked in I asked for a a queen bed and a pull out coach. Since there was 3 of us. Why would you not give us sheets then…. Lastly place was load people up yelling. Past 12 am, my wife walked out in the hall to say something. Did not sleep. Positive note bathroom was clean

The facility isn't glamorous, instead, it's pretty basic, but the rooms were clean and neat. It was the staff that really made the difference -- exceptionally courteous, friendly, and obliging. I got Ritz service levels at a budget hotel!
