Plenty of parking and fast check in was a great start. Room was good clean, although it could do with a main room light and not just have ti rely on the bed side lights and lamps to navigate at night. Hotel now asking if you want your room made up while you stay. Lost a star as I said no and then in the 4th day they had been in and cleaned the room. I didn’t need fresh towels and soaps etc when I only had 1 more night, it’s a complete waste. Swimming pool as it’s shown don’t bother packing your swim stuff it’s tiny!

i Stayed at this hotel because it was nearby a golf course that i was playing at with one of my friends. Upon Check in Front Desk Employee CJ Was very Friendly and Accommodating, when I had problems with the WIFI he came right up to my room and fixed it right away.In the morning upon checking out Jesse was very friendly and make me feel like i was right at home. Every staff that I saw was very friendly. The room were so nice and comfortable, I had great night sleep woke up very relaxed, breakfast was really good. This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel and every time I have stayed here I have gotten excellent service. Thank you so much Hilton Garden Inn for making my stay so pleasant. and I can't wait see you guys again at the end of August when I return for a golf tournament and you guys are the best hotel I have ever stayed at in all of Marlborough, MA and will recommend the Marlborough Hilton Garden Inn to everyone I know. …

I checked into this hotel on Friday, August 19th For a golf tournaments the next day. Upon getting to my room I noticed the Wi-Fi was not working for my fire stick .I called the front desk and Max was very helpful very and friendly .He sent Anthony A hotel employee up who was great and very helpful even when he tried to get my fire stick going for the first few times and couldn’t he never gave up he just kept trying and trying until finally recommended that I use the hotspot on my phone to get it working and it did work. if it wasn’t for Anthony I would’ve never enjoyed streaming TV shows and movies it’s because people like Max and Anthony are the reason I had A great stay. The pool was very relaxing the food was great and I slept well thank you Hilton Garden Inn for giving me A great relaxing stay. I will definitely be back for many more stays in the future…

Stayed here one night while visiting the Marlborough, MA area. Hotel was easy to get to and entire experience was great. The bed was perfect with cozy bedding, perfectly firm mattress and ability to adjust temperature of the room to whatever we wanted - super cold to super warm. Every part of the building and our room was clean, modern and we had all we needed. Keurig in the room with my fave kcups - awesome. Breakfast great tasting with fresh strawberries and made to order omelet. So much better than having the classic "continental breakfast included" of other hotels. All staff friendly and helpful. Entire stay comfortable and welcoming from the minute we pulled in to the minute we packed up and drove away the next morning. Loved it.

Not a great set-up for families. The only breakfast option is a $16/person buffet (most kids are never going to eat that much). But the bathroom was the worst part - very fancy and impractical. Glass shower, so you can’t have someone running in to brush their teeth while someone else is showering. And the bathroom door … it’s a sliding opaque barn door. But you can see plenty through it - more than enough to make it awkward for anyone other than a couple. Plus they put a $75 hold on your card in case you decide to drink the $3/bottles of water in your room. I’ll stick with hotels that are actually welcoming and have water/fruit etc when you arrive. Esp for this price.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Wifi worked without issues. Desk staff were pleasant. We would definitely stay here again. Didn't have time to try the bar/restaurant, but hopefully if we stay again we will.

I read the reviews of this hotel and they were all spot on. Clean hotel, great staff and the restaurant for dinner was awesome. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We were here for a lacrosse tournament on our way to vacation and I am so glad I chose to stay here. So comfortable.

This continues to be my first choice hotel in the area. Clean, spacious, efficient, and welcoming. And when Alexis, the breakfast cook, heard it was my birthday, she surprised me with this piece of cake. Little personal touches like this make a difference and will keep me coming back.

I guess the rates go according to demand, but this hotel is not worth $200 per night. It’s standard Hilton cleanliness and comfort, but (1) doesn’t include breakfast, and (2) has a ridiculously small TV with terrible picture quality (I ended up watching TV on my iPhone instead). Usually I’m a fan of the Hilton brand, but I would not stay at this one again.
