PRO:
a) Location – At first, I thought the area a bit sketchy (industrial park-type area); but no issues. Convenient to everywhere I need to go for my stay;
b) Staff – Everyone was very pleasant;
c) Bed – comfortable;
d) Air/Heating Unit – no issues.
e) TV/Remove – no issues.
CON:
a) Room had 3 broken light bulbs (front desk was aware);
b) Bed needed more pillows;
c) Bath vinyl floor seemed clean, but saw one bug when light was turned on running under where the vinyl curled up along the tub edge;
d) Shower had good pressure and water temperature;
e) Bath towels were rough and somewhat thin. Typical for a budget motel;
f) Bath sink worked, but slow draining;
g) Door was function, but security latch was broken;
h) Carpet portion was extremely stained. During the one week stay, I wore white socks in the room itself. After a week, I’d give the Rosewood a 2.5 out of 5 for cleanliness using my white sock test.
NOTES:
a) Stayed one week to deal with family matters;
b) Has a laundry facility, but no supplies available for purchase;
c) I had no reason to use the kitchenette functions (except for the refrigerator), but note no utensils, dishes, etc. are provided. Have no idea if the stove/oven works;
d) Motel only has one entrance in/out and a fenced in parking area with a gate. The gate was left open during my stay. The one entrance and gate contributed to my initial unease;
e) Remember this is a basic budget motel. No coffee makers, hairdryers, breakfast options (coffee is available, did not try).

Stay away! This hotel is beyond believable. Refugees hover around the reception area and outside the entrance in despair joined by their multiple children running around in all areas of the hotel; also at night. And there are homeless people in the streets outside with all their belongings in plastic bags.
This hotel is in a seriously bad shape! The smoke detector alarm was dangling 8 inches/ 25 cm down from the ceiling, multiple lights in the room do not work, the appliances may electrocute you – we witnessed that in our room when an employee tried to turn on our non-working stove and a 10 inch/30 cm long flames came out. Every item in the room is somehow damaged or broken like a bathroom zink with multiple cracks, extremely unhygienic countertops with multiple holes and how would you like to have to shower or go to the toilet in darkness (last picture), holes in the curtain and walls, no hangers, multiple spots on the linen, and the internet is mediocre not allowing for film clips and alike. Six times we tried to speak to employees or the management and they would neither repair nor reimburse our money even though the hotel proclaim on the website that they have “premium customer service” and in a mail sent to us afterwards “We will do our very best to continue to meet your expectations and more” – we experience zero of that. We did not get what we paid for in advance and requested a refund but that was denied. We had booked a quiet room with a kitchen, however never had a working kitchen in our room. The standard procedure when booking a room with a kitchen is that it will always be empty and upon arrival you have to ask for it to be filled up and you will only have the bare minimum; plus most of the hand outs will be incredibly dirty including the cabinets and microwave and the employee will refuse to either clean the items or let us have some sponges including a metal one to mitigate the situation. We talked to other guests and they confirmed their rooms had similar problems.
