I stayed in this hotel for four nights and it was a great experience. I purchased the five elements signature retreat package for three night and it was incredibly worth it. The treatments were amazing. The spa right on the river was breath taking. The room very nice and clean. The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. The resort is in the jungle and very quiet giving a person time reflect, relax and connect with nature. I am a meat eater but the hotel only serves a plant based diet and their food was delicious. I would totally give up eating meat if I had food that good on a daily basis. Every meal looked so beautiful, tasted so fresh and was truly unique. I got exactly what I needed from the stay and I will make sure to return next time I got to Bali.
There are so many magical things about Fivelements Retreat Bali: the well-put-together and kind team, the traditional Balinese ancient wisdoms passed down through direct lineage; nurturing harmony among spirit, human and nature; healthy and extremely delicious organic food; amazing Yoga mandala with yoga guru, organic homemade bath products and many more. From the stunning nature vibes surrounding the resort to the top-notch services - Fivelements Bali is a place with great concept, philosophy and spectacular energy.
Amazing experience. All vegan, plant based. Wow amazing. I had the full experience, including many spa treatments, watching the sou chef show me some recipes. Highly recommend. Incredibly humbled by all the amazing staff who were so pleasant and super efficient. Feel amazing ! The accommodation and cleaning service was awesome. Highly recommend.
Everything and everyone was fantastic from start to finish. From check-in, restaurant, kitchen, cleaning, landscaping and maintenance staff, to every member of the incredible spa and yoga staff, to our guides throughout our various rituals and blessings, everyone was spectacularly friendly, hospitable and kind. Our yogi and wellness coordinator (or "cruise director") Surya kept everything on track and even took us on a guided bike trip to the Monkey Jungle and back. We loved our clean, beautiful scenic room with its private pool and outdoor shower, as well as the resort's riverside pool. There is also a small but well equipped gym. I think we partook in just about every one of the available spa experiences and we loved them all. Although I will say the Deep Reflexology session was considerably more painful than my open heart surgery. Food was excellent and very healthy, but you'll need to be able to manage with raw, natural food and no alcohol, which was fine for us. Five Elements is a great place to relax, recharge and jump start a healthy lifestyle. My wife is already planning our next stay.…
We stayed at this resort for 7 days. I was a little worried about the plant based menu, but I was blown away at how good the meals were. The cooks they have at this resort are amazing. The presentation of the food and the taste was out of this world. I have never felt so good. Everyone is always so pleasant . There was Putu who was the sweetest thing ever ,and Ayu who was always there to make sure we felt like we were at home , and Made he was just always so helpful and had the biggest warmest smile ever The grounds are so beautiful and the nature with all the birds and crickets it was definitely a place to recharge and relax. The yoga centre was so incredible. We went to the resort for yoga and just to recharge and this resort does everything a person needs to make this complete.…
Heaven on earth is the only way to describe this place. World renowned for healing and wellness, this retreat does not disappoint. From the moment we were met at the airport we felt at ease. The property is within an hours drive of Denpasar’s airport. Once on site we were provided with a quick orientation and tour as it was quite late. First impressions well exceeded anything I could have dreamt of. The property is clean, well-lit at night and safe. Staff - Everyone is smiling all the time and there is always a kind word in passing. The staff are genuinely happy to see you and go out of their way to provide what you want or need. If you’re directionally challenged - like myself - and you find yourself on the wrong path… they gently redirect you. Big shout out to Wayan, Putri, Negnat, Rini and Surya. Surya in particular for his yoga and meditation teachings and the extra time he took to answer questions at a beginner level. Everyone’s efforts were appreciated. Food - The restaurant serves vegan, gluten and dairy-free breakfast, lunch and supper. Everything is made fresh and tastes exquisite. The options are endless and every serving is an absolute masterpiece. For the meat eating, dairy loving people like myself… there was no hesitation! Plenty of options - everything is flavourful and I never felt like I was missing anything. Health & Fitness - Morning yoga classes were enjoyable. Massages were relaxing. There is something for everyone. The gym on site is open 24hours per day. It has several pieces of equipment plus weights and two air conditioners cool the room to a comfortable temperature. Shuttle - Daily shuttle service into town is very convenient and we always had a pleasant conversation with our driver. Leaving this morning (Oct 21, 2022) we were packaged into the car with breakfast and well wishes. Safe, sound & secure, body mind & spirit from arrival to departure. Thank you to the entire team at Five Elements for the experience of a lifetime in Bali.…
Fivelements hotel is really a 5 star experience, from start to finish we were treated incredibly well and the staff were extremely helpful with anything we needed- whether transportation, trips or something for the room. The room in itself was luxurious- a huge bed, plenty of space, outside area next to the river and a huge bathroom area with outside shower. During the stay we had the breakfast every day and dined at the restuarant for a few nights. The food is delightful- fresh and extremely tasty. We are not vegan, but thought the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend the Jack fruit appetiser the flavours were incredible. I think staying for four nights was enough for us with regards to the choices. Whilst there we had massages, which I would say were on the pricey side to what you may expect in Bali. However the treatments were delightful, you felt very looked after and the therapists did a great job. There aren’t many rooms in the hotel, so you often find yourself with only two others in the restaurant or by the pool, which makes it a very quiet and intimate stay. One important point to note is the hotel is quite a way out of central ubud. The traffic varies at different times but it takes between 20-30 minutes. The hotel runs a shuttle (which is more like a private driver they organise for you) three times a day, the latest is 6:30 return so if you’re eating out it is more likely you will have to get a taxi back although they can arrange this for you. I would suggest for day trips researching alternatives as you pay a premium organising them through the hotel. The staff really made the hotel, they were friendly and made you feel extremely special during your stay. I would definitely recommend staying at the fivelements, ubud. It’s great for couples and families. With a free yoga class each morning and focus on wellness you feel fantastic after your stay.…
Wow. What a place. Came here for 2 nights on our honeymoon and from start to finish the staff made it so special and couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms/restaurant themselves are beautiful and you feel immersed in the jungle, backed onto the river which is so relaxing to sit by. The highlight for us was our meditation/yoga sessions with the wonderful Surya. By luck it was just me and my husband in the class so we got a private session, and were just expecting your standard yoga session, but Surya took us deep into the true meaning of yoga and how to meditate - it was so enlightening!! So highly recommend a session with him to gain a true Balinese spiritual experience! Thank you Fivelements for a wonderful 2 days!!
We stayed here for our honeymoon and had the most amazing couple of days. The accommodation and facilities are beautiful and the plant based food is exceptional. The yoga and meditation with Surya each morning was incredibly enlightening and opened our understanding to the true meaning, foundations and techniques to meditative yoga. We cannot wait to return here for a longer stay!
Everything about Fivelements was exceptional. The service, the food, the treatments, the rooms, the environment, the staff, the smoothies/Elixirs, the yoga, meditation...you name it, just amazing. We loved it. Hands down the best massage ever experienced and I'm not new to massages. We went with the 10 days Holistic Purifying Retreat Tri Kaya Parisudha and it was spectacular and exceeded all our expectations. We loved being in the jungle. Hearing the river and birds singing added to the experience. We loved having an outdoor private shower (wow). You are literally one with nature, which allows you to unwind and take it all in. The vegan food was super high end and delicious. But above all that, the staff was beyond gracious and hospitable.
