The location is fantastic, but everything else about this hotel was awful. I’m honestly surprised that this has the Marriot name attached to it as is has more of a Motel 6 vibe. We booked a 2 room suite with 2 king beds, but what we got was a dated, filthy 2 room suite with 2 queen beds. The door frames and baseboards of the room were covered with an inch thick layer of dust. The sheets of one bedroom had a large booger on the sheets. It took us two days to get fresh towels, only after asking, and the “daily housekeeping” did not occur once (despite our request) during a 3 night stay. You can tell this hotel was nice when it was first built, but whoever is currently mismanaging it is driving it into the ground. There are so many other hotels in the Jordan Creek area and they would all be a better choice. Unfortunately we booked last minute and were in town for a funeral or we would have changed hotels to anywhere else. …

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were nice and spacious for a family of 5. Lobby was big enough to have a large gathering of friends to watch some basketball. Had some issues with a third party contractor entering our room during the day. Voiced my concern and Chip, the manager, took really good care of the situation. Props to Chip!!

Pretty average stay at this place. It’s showing some wear and tear. Not sure how old it is but the pictures definitely better than the actual halls and rooms. Beds were good but lots of noise in rooms, especially from room above as could here every step the occupants took. Halls needed vacuuming. Breakfast way below average, not good selection of anything. We will not stay here again as there are newer, better maintained, and similar priced hotels in the area.

Love the location of this hotel, right next to all the shopping. I was up early one morning for a workout, and the 3rd shift worker was very pleasant. A few cons about the rooms - We stayed in a King room with a pullout sofa. The pullout goes right up to the King bed, so there is no walking room to get to one side of the bed or pullout. The bathroom is also very small, with little counter space. I also did not like how the deadbolt seems to stick on the door, causing us to sleep one night with our door open because the kids did not realize it. But this place was clean and if we had to, we would stay again.

Great stay. Friendly efficient front desk. Comfy and clean. Nice common areas. We appreciated staff masking and clean public areas. We travel with pets and it was a good experience. Good breakfast. Great location with lots of restaurants. Convenient to I 80.

This is our third stay here and this hotel has gone downhill. This hotel has no hand soap bars or washcloths from supply chain issues. Our room was not ready after check-in time and when we got to the room the carpet had not been vacuumed and was filthy. The pool area had clumps of hair all over the floor and there were acrylic fingernails all over the bottom of the pool.

The staff is working their tails off at this property due to the shortage of hospitality workers. My check-in was later than I was expecting due to still cleaning the room, but it was worth the wait. It was one of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in! I love this property for the ability to have separate bedrooms (I had a 2 bedroom) and a full kitchen. Thank you staff!! I would definitely stay here again. So close to a lot of amenities - shopping, walking trails, restaurants, parks, etc.

Stay away from this hotel !!! At least you want be humiliated and frightened by the front desk staff. Instead of welcoming you and answering simple questions the from desk person just yells at you. These people are being far from understanding the concept of working in a customer service. Ashamed of the entire Marriott for not orienting and not training their employees. This place is definitely being mismanaged.

Terrible hotel. Strange charges to the card that they cant explain and day after day they kick the can down the road saying the manager is in a meeting and will contact you when they're out. Then after no contact you return the next day to the same front desk nonsense. "The manager is in a meeting, they'll contact you as soon as they're out" (what are they meeting about so much?). Next day you guessed it. No contact. This goes on for days...what's the solution? Maybe call corporate? Guess what. There's no management there, just operators. You know what happens next? Someone will call you back. Apparently there's no employee in any of these buildings or operating any phones that has the authority to do anything more than take a reservation or hand out a blanket, that may or may not have smallpox on it. You wouldn't know right? You'd have to wait for a call back.…

Hotel reservations were made, adjusted within the cancellation policy period, yet I continued to get email reminders of the incorrect reservation numbers. Clerk was not able to assist without manager intervention. Hotel appearance was not well kept and looked tired. Still covid, the breakfast 'grab and go' could've used a refresh. If they are not going to accomodate this, then adjust the rate. Disappointed in this stay.
