Rooms are clean, staff was fine, shuttle service is provided. Freddy the driver was very accommodating and always on time. They don’t have breakfast included unless you are a member. There isn’t too much around food wise. There is a mc Donald’s and a cafe walking distance. Second time staying here. Lots of business people seem to stay here.
This is the nicest Marriott ever! The guy checking us in was so so nice and made us feel so welcome! It was so welcoming! We almost stayed downtown at another brand bc my mom had points but they were terribly rude and didn’t have parking for us. As soon as weak parked we knew it would be a lovely stay and we were right! My husband is a Bon boy elite member and they treated us like queens! Thank you so much! I will stay there every time! My husband stays there all the time for work and he loves it!
It’s like the staff at this hotel doesn’t want guests and they are completely put out by anyone walking through their precious revolving door. On multiple occasions hotel staff was more than rude, they were outright disrespectful. I will never stay here again.
My husband, my son and myself booked a king suite for a weekend. The room was nice and fairly clean. Unfortunately, we intended to book the room assuming it had a pull out couch. It does not. Additionally breakfast is not offered included and the website says you have TO PAY FOR WIFI!! We also paid to get M club access just to find out it was closed on the weekends. If I had it to do again I would have happily stayed elsewhere
Stayed for volleyball tournament and overall was a good stay, but did not meet the quality that should of received. Room was across from the pool area and was very quiet from the outside traffic and clean, along with the rest of hotel. The bathroom wall is very thin and one on the bed can hear the full symphony of whatever is taking place in the bathroom... The fitness center and pool area was clean, but had a lacking of towels on hand. The room had sufficient supplies (towels, coffee, soap), but was minimal, especially for a higher brand hotel. I mean, most budget hotels have at least 3 huge towels in a single bed room, instead of the 2 that were stocked. Main issue was at the dining area one night. Wife and I ordered supper and after the server saw that my wife was 8 months pregnant and she would not be drinking, lost all interest in us. After we received our food never saw the server, which would of gained an additional beer being ordered (by me). Another server brought us our check, and I paid at the bar leaving a $9 tip on a $38 dollar tab, and did not receive any eye contact, yet alone a thank you when I received my change from our server. Overall just left the feeling that since we were not big spenders at the bar/dining area, did not deserve great customer service. The rest of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall a good stay with a clean facility, but feels that should of been a little more quality for the brand of hotel.…
I stayed at this hotel for the first time for a two day conference. I was very impressed with the hotel. It is beautiful in the lobby, tasteful conference room and gorgeous room. I do paper work so the work space in the room was nice and the couch was a really nice touch. The hotel has a restaurant that serves breakfast and supper. I ate at the restaurant for supper and it was delicious. I plan on going back to the conference next year and look forward to staying at the hotel.
Stayed here for a conference I was attending. The rooms were nice, the main complaint was that only one serving of regular coffee was provided in the room, beyond that you need to go downstairs and pay, or drink decaf. The bathroom shower had a nice linear drain and good pressure. The room was quiet even with strong winds outside. Conference facilities were adequate, if not conveniently arranged. Several problems with AV during the conference required calling in staff to repair, which was prompt, but still disruptive. Would stay again for another conference, but would not choose for travel, numerous other Marriott properties with breakfast close by.
Stayed at this property last night. It's has an upscale look; lobby and rooms are nicely decorated. But it really had nothing to recommend it over the nearby Springhill Suites or other lower priced hotel chains. Restaurant & bar ... not open. Shuttle ... not available. Concierge Room (now the M Club) ... open but only providing bottled water and soda. This morning they were out of coffee. We walked to the nearby McDonald's for coffee.
Upgraded to lovely suite due to Bonvoy Elite status. Room service dinner and lounge breakfast were excellent. Green Chile Quesadillas were excellent as was the Italian salad and the flatbread. Hospitable staff. Would return if in the area.
This hotel was a breath of fresh air for us! We have been traveling a lot lately and this hotel was by far the cleanest we have stayed in in months!! Staff was friendly as well! We would definitely stay here again!!! We usually stay on the other side of Jordan Creek mall so this hotel was bit further from the things we usually do while there but was no big deal!
