Overall we were very pleased with the Drury Inn. All the employees were very friendly. We had an excellent rate and enjoyed the morning breakfast as well as the dinner offerings. Our only complaint was the bed. There were 2 depressions in the bed that you literally rolled into every time you changed position. It made it hard to have a good nights sleep.

This was our second visit to Des Moines, last time we stayed downtown. This trip we decided to stay in West Des Moines. Drury Inn is a wonderful hotel chain. We stayed three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our visit! The hotel is clean and kept in great condition. Our room was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the 5:30 kickback is really nice, not having to go out for dinner made it even better! Employees are friendly and helpful.... just a great place to stay!

CR SURGE VBC players, parents, and coaches stayed at the Drury Inn on two different weekends. The accommodation was particularly good, and the hotel staff were very friendly. We will be back next year. Special thanks to Lisa, Assistant General Manager and to Amanda DePyper for the ease with which she made the reservation process. Liked the quiet hours for the players and the parents.

Never stayed with this chain, but was very impressed. Super clean, rooms were very spacious and housekeeping service each day. The 5:30 free food and drinks was the icing on the cake. What a way to save money. This was a meal, which was so appreciated. I’ll be looking to stay with Drury whenever it works out again

Rooms are updated since my last visit. Front Desk lady was not very friendly very short. Maybe having a bad day. Breakfast was OK same as all other hotels nothing special. Lobby and meeting rooms very cold asked to turn heat up in meeting rooms.

Lovely hotel. The staff is beyond professional and friendly. So clean and the beds are Comfy (softer) not HARD as most hotels in this price range are. The breakfast is a step up from most continental breakfasts. Great location. This will be our hotel of choice next time we're in the area.

We stayed overnight on our way south. Check in was quick. The place was very clean. Our room although not large was adequate and the bed was comfortable. We were on a top,floor. Not much of a view but I don’t care. They offer drinks and food during the week. It was our dinner as they were so many options. Pulled pork, hot dogs, soup, salad, baked potaotes, veggie and nachos. A wide variety. Breakfast was also good. I will definitely stay here again if I pass through. So worth it. Plus it is in an area with many restaurants and shops.

We were blown away by what we found at the Drury Inn - des Moines, and so close to the freeway! Everywhere we turned we were satisfied. The furnishings were excellent - clean and comfortable. Our room felt spacious and the lighting made it bright. A delicious dinner (pasta Alfredo with chicken, baked potato, chili, a drinks) and breakfast (biscuits & gravy, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, make-your-own Belgian waffles, oatmeal, cold cereal, and juice, milk, or coffee) were included in the room cost. An unbelievable bargain. The next time we hit the road, we'll be looking for Drury Inns.
