We were passing through Nebraska and stopped there for a few days. Front desk receptionist was accommodating, helpful, acknowledged our Hilton Diamond status and we were in our room in no time. The hotel seems to be new. Our king bed was super comfortable. Interaction with staff throughout the whole stay was pleasant at all times. Everyone was nice and professional. We went shopping, out to eat, sightseeing and enjoyed refreshing pool and relaxing hot tub in the evening. Breakfast was still not what it used to be due to pandemic, but hopefully it will be back to normal during our future stay. Hotel is facing a busy freeway, but we stayed on a quiet side.
This was a great property and in a convenient location. Close to dining and shopping, easy to get around. Check-in process was smooth. Breakfast Buffet included which is always nice. Nice amenity facilities (did not use though), internet was ok (complimentary one). Overall great experience, thank you!
Checked in to the Hampton Inn tonight, already a little nervous about staying in a hotel during the height of COVID, so what did we find?? Even though the website and in-room materials talk about all the steps they are taking to insure guest safety, there is no sign of the promised cleaning seals on the doors or stickers in the room stating that things have been sanitized. I complained at the front desk and was told “I’m sure the room was cleaned ... we must have run out of stickers.” That’s supposed to make us feel good? I’m a very disappointed Hilton Honors member to say the least. Well done management!
We stayed for one night, first time at this Hampton Inn. Check - in was super easy and gentleman working front desk was very knowledgeable, helpful, professional and hospitable. It’s a newer style Hampton. Bed was comfortable and everything was in perfect working order in our room and on property. We had a great night sleep. I enjoyed an indoor hot tub. Pool was too cold ( typical hotel’s definition of “heated” ) but hot tub is much more important to me. Our room and the whole property was very clean. Front desk lady in the morning was nice and professional, but didn’t ask me how our stay was, which is fine, since everything was great. Based on this stay, we would definitely return when in the area.
Stayed here 1 night during the week, they had a girls softball team here, the girls were running up and down the hallways, and having a party in the breakfast dining area, it was a gathering of more than 10 people.and it was loud. Also front desk clerk was rude and was not at the front desk, had to call to find her. Also the beds are very hard.
