10/10! Highly recommend. We were there for a vball tournament. The bonus is you never have to go outside! Walked parking garage, to room, to event venue. Elevators & skywalk accessible. LOVE! Very very clean, friendly staff. The only downside was the $25/night parking. Requested a fan & within minutes was brought one! Great service!

Hotel's Favourite
Rooms were very clean, quiet, and comfortable beds. We stayed for an event at the event center and it was easy access through the skyway. The hotel was still decorated for Christmas which was delightful, they do a very nice job. Views of downtown were nice from our room.

We stayed at this hotel for a dance competition at the convention center. Rooms were clean and nice. There was a bar and a restaurant on the first floor. Those who stayed at the Hyatt said that they had no bar and their restaurant had very limited hours so they ended up at the Hilton a lot. It had very convenient access to the convention center through the skyway. There is underground parking and an outside lot. Otherwise you have to park two blocks away and take the skyway back. The parking fee and the daily fee seemed excessive but we didn't have much choice. Restaurants are nearby so that was convenient.

Good place. Check in was ok. Couldn't put parking on booking CC for whatever reason and now I have to fight to get reimbursed. Place is located right downtown so finding food and eats is easy. Comfy beds and cool lobby made it a great stay. Will be back.

The hotel is perfectly located for events at the convention center or the Well Fargo arena (don't have to step outside, but if the weather is nice, they are a brief walk away). Perfect location for doing business in most downtown businesses. Staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean, especially the workout room and pool.

Hotel experience was an all around bad experience, from the lack of service, to their overbearing, harassing “security “, to their price gouged room rates! Never again and I will shout it from the rooftops! This hotel price gouges their room rates insanely! I booked the room for $325 per night as this was the cheapest offering! A few days before my trip, I checked the site and room rates were anywhere from $199-$ 235 per night. When I called to get a price reduction in my room rate, I was told “there was absolutely nothing that could be done to alter my reservation”. My next question was if I would be eligible for a room upgrade, to this they replied “absolutely”! I’m confused as to why you can alter my reservation to collect more money but can’t alter it to reduce the price! I believe that is taking advantage of your customers! The interesting part is when I received my bill, I was charged $325 for one night and $367 for the next night! Explain this!!!…

Was there on a business trip. I am asian and was not greeted but the server but the server greeted two older white folks who weren’t dining in or picking up food. I called and ordered for pickup. When I got to the front, the staff had been there for 15 minutes but had no clue I was picking something up and looked at me like I was the problem. I ordered the burger and it was terrible like they just pulled it out of the freezer and microwaved it. They need to serve better meat. I would not recommend eating here at all. The only thing good was the hilton honors diamond recognition, the bed, and cleanliness of the hotel.

We stayed here for the weekend. A few nice staff who I will exclude from this, but generally brutal service, no clean towels brought to room until asked, and legitimately terrible service at bar/restaurant. They put us in a crappy room overlooking the vent system (when we were supposed to be on the same floor as our other family members). They forgot my in-laws wheelchair. Just a lot of issues and a lack of attention to detail. Not in my nature to leave bad reviews, but honestly, I think this hotel benefits from sort of being central… But the staff/quality feels lacking or like they Re experiencing growing pains. Def. made me think twice about staying with Hilton in future. We called it the “wilton”. Bed comfy at least! Shuttle drivers were lovely.

Nice hotel conveniently located. Walkable to some of the local sightseeing opportunities. Staff was super friendly and helpful. For a good meal try Buzzard Billy’s located just a couple of blocks away.
