I booked this last minute as I was travelling across country and just needed a place to sleep after many hours of driving. I did not have the ability to research but trusted the Wyndham name. I arrived and was in complete shock - a seedy MOTEL not hotel, people hanging out by the doors and going in and out of rooms which made me think prostitutes and drug dealers. I entered my room and locked door immediately. The room was dirty, in need of many repairs and the lock for door was not to be trusted so I put a chair under knob. This was a very unsettling experience!
Everything was dirty, broken or not available. People during all night on the balcony right out side our room. Broken appliances in the courtyard. Broken beds outside. Holes in the walls. Broken fixtures in the bathroom. Worst hotel I ever stayed at.
We called before we arrived and asked for an early check-in. They told us for a 25$ fee they could get us in at noon. We were to arrive in town at 9 am so we thought that would work as we could find something to do for 3 hours. Upon arriving they told us we could not check in until 2 pm. They said there were no clean rooms available yet. I am disabled and cannot climb stairs so we asked that we get a room on the first floor. We waited another few hours and returned. The room they ended up giving us was on the second floor right in front of the smoking area which was occupied with many vagrants smoking, playing loud music and hollering. The room was not even clean. There was hair left in the shower and the bathroom sink was not clean. I didn't want to stay there so we left. I called them right away and asked for a refund and they denied. Now I am out twice the money as I had to stay elsewhere. …
Stayed at this hotel. The location and price was perfect. The rooms do need upgrading and so does the hallway carpet. The breakfast was sub par with very little options. Probably the least options I've ever seen. Bathroom could use upgrades.
No other way to say it, the place is a DUMP and what they charge versus what they deliver is a total JOKE!!! Front desk people more interested in being on their phone than helping the customer and the condition of this hotel is horrible. I will NOT be coming back here...........ever
There is a woman there who has a vendetta against me and has gone out of her way trying to blame me for things in rooms that are not even in my name nor I stayed in. She then allowed me to pay $25 for a late check out and then threw me out of the hotel when I wanted to rent the room another night using that $25 towards my stay because I had two guests in my room that day as if she has any business in the guests I have in my room as long as we aren’t breaking the law or property rules
This place should be an embarrassment to Days Inn/Wyndham. Its, dirty, trashy, moldy, unsafe, and should be condemned by the city. I would not want my dog staying here. Think they just use it for illegal construction workers. Would give it negative star if possible.
Not the worst place I have stayed, but the worst big chain hotel I've stayed at. Dirty, unkept, black mold in the bathroom that lacked the insides to the door handles so it would not stay closed. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Repairs were done very very poorly, or half done. Days Inn should pull this franchise.
From the rundown exterior to the lobby clerk yelling at someone outside my room that he was going to call the police if they didn't leave, this was an unpleasant experience. The shower curtain was torn, the chair so hard that it was nearly impossible to sit in ... even the soda machine was out of nearly everything. If my company sends me here again, I'll get my own room somewhere else.
Room was pretty run down. All the doors didnt lock properly. Guest staff was nice but I wouldnt come back. The room thermostat and smoke detectors were both torn off the wall and the room just felt musty. Had we not been in a time crunch we wouldve found somewhere else.
