A hotel to avoid, mainly because of the arrogant attitude towards the guests by the head of service. In a four-star hotel, you shouldn't afford to not have cups for coffee and yogurt, plates, glasses (plastic?) for juice, etc., guests were picking up half-full glasses from the tables. It's a shame for an otherwise nice hotel with such staff led by the head of service.

A beautiful well preserved old building with comfortable rooms and amazing staff. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived and experienced genuine Montenegrin hospitality in this beautiful hotel located near the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Breakfast made to order is included and really is the best. I loved every minute of my stay here and would definitely return.

The hotel is in a perfect location super close to the old Marina. Restaurants and supermarkets around. The staff is super friendly. Rooms needs to be renovated a little bit (old fashioned style) but it is definitely good value for money.

We ate here on our last night in Montenegro. The food was wonderful but the service was outstanding! We were the only patrons in the restaurant and the gentleman from reception was covering the restaurant too. No complaints at all!

Rooms are small, interior old and worn, electricity with open cables all over the room, smell from kitchen coming into room. Breakfast in restaurant no buffet, service takes an eternity, food quality (e.g. ham) below western standards. Staff kind and tries to do their best. WiFi internet connection sometimes interrupted. Prices for hotel and in restaurant do not match the quality level

The hotel is located only few steps from the beach. The receptionists are helpful and kind with very good english. The room is correct, maybe not a 4star, but an average 3star, with very comfi bed, and spacious bathroom. The AC is working fine, the room temperature is cool. There is no lift/elevator, so you'll need to climb the stairs. Good for some nights, even if you are on a summer holiday. There is a la carte breakfast included in b&b service.

A party of 6 of us stayed here. I drew the short straw and got the single room, but it was still big enough for my needs. Excellent value for money as I paid around £40 per night B&B. Breakfast was good too, cooked to order, no stale buffet! The hotel has two reserved parking spots in the street if you have a hire car. Wi-Fi is excellent too, which you can't always say is the case.

On a day we wanted to use a special restaurant, our first choice was closed due to a private function. On checking on T.A. This place came up and we were delighted with the choice. We opted to sit inside, which was a good choice due to the high humidity and heat outside. The choice of raw and fresh seafood was great followed by some very nice fish for the ladies and an excellent piece of grilled fillet, followed by a small selction of sweets, which we normally do not partake in. Excellent choice and value for money - do not miss out if you are in Tivat!

Staff really nice and helpful in fact couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast nice outside but views not the best. Rooms were quite good but contained too much furniture, had to do a bit of 'removals' so we could move around the room. Air con just about good enough, might struggle in July/Aug. No lift, however the guy at reception carried suitcase. The location is excellent and they have a couple of reserved car parking places at the front. Would I stay here again? Yes but I think they need to invest, Tivat is very up and coming and lots of money being spent to attract tourism. Wouldn't like to see hotel get left behind.
