We stayed here for one night before flying home from Tivat airport. Was ok for one night but quite basic really. Location is next to main road but close to airport so probably good choice if flying next day. Not impressed with interior. Looked clean but terrible stains on corridor carpet. Artwork on the walls unnecessarily grim. Room ok. Breakfast the least nice in two weeks in Montenegro

I had a good feeling about this hotel before we even arrived, as they had shown great patience and kindness through all my questions during the booking process. My expectations were therefore high, but even so they managed to exceed them. The room was lovely with comfortable beds. The balcony looked out over a building site but it was airy and spacious and we spent a lot of time there. The shower was hot and easy to operate, and the breakfast was tasty and so nice the first morning that we had the same thing every morning! It was good to be able to eat it outdoors. The location was convenient, within a pleasant easy walk of Tivat and with a nice bakery just down the road. Best of all was the customer service. All the staff were friendly, helpful and kind and bent over backwards to try to make our visit as good as possible. We would be very happy to stay there again and would recommend it without hesitation.

Room Tip: Watch out for being overcharged by taxis from Tivat airport. It shouldn't be more than 10 euros...

The hotel is located on the main road out of Tivat but it is still quiet in the room. It is well-located just a 10-15 minute walk from the port, restaurants and shops. The hotel provides free parking which is so useful here. The room was well appointed and the staff were very friendly and spoke good English and were happy to offer local tips. The restaurant serves a good breakfast and whilst the dinner menu was limited the food was very tasty and there is also the opportunity to try some local wines

Thumbs up to their staffs. Very friendly and accommodating. And they know how to speak english very well. It is also near in the airport so no hassle at all. I love how they anticipate guest needs. Because when I asked for water. He gave me warm instead of cold. Maybe the receptionist knew that I’m having colds that time. I forgot his name. I will recommend this hotel 🏨 💕

We have just completed a week on a gulet cruise and fancied a relaxing few days. Sadly the weather has been poor but the.hotel here is excellent the rooms are large and comfortable and the a staff friendly and helpful..it's an easy walk into town where there are plenty of cafes and restaurants plus the bay is beautiful.breakfast here is good and varied but we preferred eating out at night to get a better selection of fish. Very handy for the airport too. If you want a few days in tivat you could do worse

We spent two nights at Hotel Helada and we were very pleased. Our room was large, spotless and well appointed. It had a very nice bathroom. The staff was extremely friendly. It is in a quieter spot, which we enjoyed. It is very convenient to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Hotel Helada for two nights on our way to Dubrovnik. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. There is a minibar, safe and even a slippers free of charge. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is from a set menu, which was ample in it's size and variety. Location is great, about a 10 minute walk to the promenade and bars and cafes. Recommended.

We spent 4 nights here in this lovely hotel. The rooms were clean and well presented. Food in the restauarnt was good too. Staff were superb, nothing was too much trouble. Good location too, 5 mins from town, 10 mins to the port on foot. Would return and recommend!

Well what can I say? Wonderful hotel, staff, rooms and restaurant. The manager drove us round without hesitation. The reception staff are very happy to help with anything and always smiling. The restaurant staff are lovely too, so keen to please and very knowledgable of Montenegro. One of them gave us a map and easy road trip to follow which showed us some of the most beautiful places and views. We found a great resort called Waikiki with fab day beds and staff and restaurant, 10 mins away. We will definitely be back soon...

Lovely little hotel. Very clean, nice and helpful staff and walkable to Tivat. Very impressed with this place. The staff helped us celebrate our friend's 40th. Food was nice although we only tried the breakfasts.
