Lovely, comfortable room, lots of towels & washcloths. HOWEVER, be very careful of your belongings! We ate breakfast in their dining area (just ok, not great), and were back in our room about 8:15am and packing our things. I heard the door opening, no knock or "housekeeping!" call. On the other side of the door, a woman in a Staff uniform was trying to enter our room. No housekeeping cart. At 8:30am, there should be NO reason for housekeeping to enter an occupied room. She just smirked at me and walked away. Why? What possible reason for her to try to enter our room when we could have been eating downstairs. I hate to think the worst, but on retrospect, I truly wonder about her motives for entering our room. Choice Hotels, I am very upset about this occurrence and wonder what would have happened had we not been in the room.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Room had some obvious wear... holes in the wall from where things had been moved around, carpet was starting to show signs of wear. Room was supposed to be handicap accessible, but it was too small for that. No way that a wheelchair could be placed along both sides of the bed. The size of the bathroom was fine, but room was too small to be fully accessible for someone in a wheelchair. Since the room was small, it had a smaller than usual TV as well.
The size of the breakfast room was much too small. Selection was fine... eggs, sausage, waffles, and the rest of the typical continental breakfast items.... it could only seat around 20 people at the most. It was well stocked despite a few people grabbing as much food as they could, and then filling large thermos bottles with coffee... leaving others to wait for more food and more coffee. Finally, I just grabbed some food and went back to my room to eat it.
Route 59 (the north/south road nearest to the Sleep Inn) is under major construction, and is a nightmare during high traffic times. Use Diehl Road or I-88 instead.

The check in was smooth, staff is helpful, courteous. I booked because I wanted to stay near naperville, the hotel is not extraordinary but worth as priced!!
The Rooms were not big, but enough as I was alone on business! Clean, well furnished ! Service was good. Best part was location, a nice pond/lake near by gives pleasure if you wanna seat for a while and refresh!!
I would recommend the place if one likes to stay away from noise and traffic.

I stay here every time I am in the area.
Esha at the front desk is always friendly efficient and has GREAT customer service.
Everyone from housekeeping to breakfast to maintenance is friendly and personable.
Location is great as well . Conveniently located to several dining options and a Starbucks (which is great too) . Theres free breakfast with several options , a laundry facility and fitness center .
Some rooms also have jetted tubs at great rates too
Highly recommend this hotel .

We found bed bugs during our stay. I recommend avoid staying at this hotel at all cost. I had two rooms booked for two nights each and the manager would not refund for both rooms. The manager stated they fumigated the month before so there’s known issues.

Also the room was rented out, with no further complaints. I want to assure you that we are thoroughly investigating this claim and that although we have not found any evidence of a bug infestation, we are taking the necessary precautions to ensure that nothing is missed. I want to assure you that we respond promptly to pest alerts with expert extermination services and also treat to deter pests on a regularly scheduled basis. We take this business very seriously and assure you that management has taken all the steps to make sure that all the rooms are clean and our ultimate goal is to make sure each guest has a comfortable stay. We booked a night’s stay through booking.com - the reservation allowed us one opportunity to change the date of our stay, which we ended up having to do. We got an email from booking.com assuring us that the new date was confirmed. When we got to the hotel they did not honour the change in reservation (even though they had space and I had an email confirming the date change). So they took our money but didn’t give us a room. Ridiculous. They need to figure out their communication with their third party providers and not make guests pay when the issue is between the hotel and booking.com. This is the definition of terrible customer service. I’d recommend you stay somewhere else to avoid getting into this situation.

The hallway carpeting was atrociously filthy as were common area surfaces. Room television didn't work, Throughout the night rap music belted from car stereos as ultra-short staying guests came and left soon thereafter (if you get my gist). Painted surfaces looked like they had been painted with a rake. Unfinished drywall patching in the lobby and breakfast areas. Breakfast tables hadn't been cleaned and chair legs and seats are shabby. It seems every time I turned around I had to renew the WIfi lease. Trash bin outside the main entrance was peaked to overflowing. Pay a little more and forget about staying in this joint.

I was staying 2 weeks at this property. One Sunday nite at midnite my smoke detector went off I have no idea why the entire buildings alarms sounded everyone left the building. The next day I was chged 75.00 for smoking and I dont smoke claiming something was burning in my room. Not true I was in bed sleeping at the time. Never will stay there again. Rude manager said it was my room so I pay.

I am a business traveler and stay all over the US. I am a non-smoker and was traveling alone. I got an email a few hours after checking out and was told I was being charged $150 for smoking in my room! I was polite and notified them I am a non-smoker and there is no way, they must have the wrong room. after a couple more emails, I tried calling, the manager is sure I smoked! I will advise my entire company to NEVER stay at this hotel and I have written an email to Choice Hotels Corporate as I am a diamond elite member of their chain as are about 15 of my employees! If they don't take care of this, Choice Hotels will lose all of our business!

I can`t say enough how much I appreciated the value and service of the Sleep Inn. My young daughter and I were staying there last weekend, as she had a two-day soccer tournament. The room was clean, spacious, and newly renovated. The front desk (both Ana and Deisy) was also very polite and helpful. What impressed me the most, however, was the response of the hotel manager, Mr. Mangal Patel, when we realized that my daughter forgot her 2 small stuffed owls between the sheets in her bed. We were already 7 hours away at home and could not retrieve them ourselves. So, I called and Mr. Patel arranged to mail them to us. We just received them in the mail today and my daughter is elated. Thank you, Mr. Patel for your thoughtfulness and promptness. We will always remember this and gladly recommend your hotel.
