Excellent and very clean hotel and suite. We were pleasant and friendly greeted as soon as we arrived. Breakfast is served at 06:00 every day in a very clean and attractive venue. Fresh coffee, tea, and hot water are available all day. The hotel management is also available 24 hours a day which was appreciated since we had to check-out at 03:00 our last day due to a very early flight from Midway. Our suite was exceptional but had no personality...no pictures except for one in the toilet/shower area. It had a very sterile feel but again it was very clean. We would definitely consider this hotel on our next visit to the area.

I booked a King 1-bedroom suite with fireplace, but was called the afternoon before and informed that the room was in a wing that was being closed off. I was offered a regular 1-bedroom suite instead and I accepted. I checked in and was assigned to the top floor (3rd floor), but when I entered the room there was no electricity. I called the front desk and the staff member did their best to fix the issue by checking breaker boxes in at least 2 different locations in the property. They were unable to restore the electricity within 15 minutes or so, so they offered me a room on the ground floor. I normally do not like rooms on the ground floor because the entryways are located there and I almost always hear noise above me, but with low occupancy I figured it would be alright.
The room is very nice. Everything looks brand new, as if it was renovated recently. The pictures of the room that were on the Hilton website when I booked do not look like what I stayed in, so it would seem the pictures on the website are old and have not been updated. The room looks much better than what the pictures show. I would imagine more people would be drawn to book stays here if the pictures were to be updated. The living space was large enough for the two of us to work on our laptops and have meals as well as relax.
A negative I experienced was when I turned the HVAC thermostat to the 'off' setting in the living room, only to notice about 30 minutes later that the A/C was running for some reason. I turned it back to heat and set it very low so that it would not be likely to run until I turn it back up, which seemed to do the trick. I also noticed several ants in the bathroom, but it is the time of year when you will start to see them.
I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again.

This hotel seems to be in the middle of a business park area. There is a shopping center next door although a lot of storefronts are not occupied. There are 2 restaurants literally next door which is convenient. But otherwise there's not a lot to see or do around here (unlike Libertyville just to the north which has a Main Street). It was a bit tricky figuring out where to park as the parking lot shared with the strip mall is huge and when we arrived all the spaces closer to the hotel were taken probably many by the diners to the two restaurants.
We had a corner king room looking out at the back parking lot - not much to see but very quiet. Everything seems quite new here and met expectations - firm comfy beds, fridge and microwave, modern decor with pleasing monochrome color schemes. Rooms here are sectioned by odd and even numbers so not all elevators and stairs will lead to all rooms. Breakfast area off the lobby is bright and spacious with plenty of seating. Good breakfast, hot food included sausage patties and scrambled eggs. We overnighted here in order to catch a morning flight from ORD the next day. It's about 18 miles but room rates here are more reasonable than the hotels closer to the airport.

We stayed there for one night and got two adjo rooms on a different floor. Because it was so late and we have small children, they even offered to let us leave our things in the original rooms and sleep in the new ones. Shawna came up to our room with a cart to help us facilitate the room switch. Furthermore in the late evening one of my children got sick and Shawna found a solution to get our clothing and items cleaned overnight while we slept. In the morning, our cleaned items were waiting for us at the front desk and the person working the front desk (who I think was the manager) was also able to give us a late checkout without issue. In short, outstanding management, professionalism, and customer service overall. Combined with the generally great condition and cleanliness of the property I highly recommend a stay there if you are in the area. Also, Shawna is awesome, and I hope this is recognized by management.

We enjoyed our stay after my son's wedding at nearby Chevy Chase Country Club. The suite I booked was well appointed and immaculate. Double doors split the living room featuring a pull-out couch from the bedroom with a king sized bed which allowed for privacy and noise reduction.
The bathroom had a separate shower/toilet area from the sink/mirror and offered plenty of fluffy white towels.
The hotel lobby was also very clean and tastefully decorated with a beautiful courtyard outside of the main seating area. Breakfast was wonderful - plenty of items to choose from and the coffee was fresh and hot.
We also enjoyed the meeting room on the 2nd floor which was perfect to accommodate our 2am late night after-party!
I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel for your stay!

One of the few hotels that meet expectation as posted on their website. Room was spacious and very comfortable. All amenities were available as stated. The room was quiet no one in the family heard the noise of traffic or vehicles arriving and leaving. Water pressure was very good. The office desk staff was very professional and nice. In the morning the breakfast attendant was very helpful and kept every thing well stocked and maintained area very clean. If we were looking for something she offer assistance. The hotel was also very clean. Overall, it was a great stay for my family.

The complimentary breakfast was more than ample, with all types of food choices, each very plentiful. The help was friendly, and the hotel was located near a shopping center, which was very convenient. However, on one day although the room was cleaned, the bathroom was not done. Moreover, I did not find the bed to be comfortable. I stayed there because it was next to the venue for the event that I was attending.

Stayed here with my daughter for a weekend trip to Six Flags. Very clean and quiet hotel. Our room (suite) was just off of the lobby, but was quiet. The room temperature adjusted easily and was quiet when running. Hot shower with softened water (my hair doesn’t always do well with hotel water - this was perfect). Typical hot breakfast items that were always replenished.
I previously stayed at the Hampton across the street from Six Flags and this one was far superior in cleanliness. It was around a 25 minute drive to the park. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. Great experience - will stay here again.

The Hampton Inn in Lincolnshire is one of the best Hampton Inn's I have stayed at. Recently remodeled and very clean. Staff was very welcoming and friendly.
All recommended CDC COVID-19 guidelines were be used which made me feel safe.

Excellent staff and very clean comfortable rooms. Front staff have great guidance and advice on local amenities and happenings (driving conditions and road detours). We continue to stay here whenever we fly into the Chicago area. Mr Mehmood (sp? Our apologies) is absolutely first-class and friendly with his management of the hotel.

Good afternoon Anne. We do have guest laundry available on site and it is a $1.50 per wash and $1.50 per dry. We also offer valet dry cleaning laundry service. Items that are turned over to our front desk by 8 am will be returned to the guest by 5 pm the same day. Prices for the dry cleaning vary depending on the items. If you provide us with your email address we can happily send you the price list. Thanks.
We've used the self serve washing machine and dryer. Front desk has detergent and quarters! I'm not sure if they offer dry cleaning but would assume so.
