Located at Lincolnshire Corporate Center, our hotel is surrounded by corporate offices. Crane's Landing Golf Club is just across the highway, and several restaurants are within two miles. Stretch your legs along the trails of Ryerson Conservation Area, just 10 minutes away, or enjoy our 24-hour fitness center and indoor saltwater pool. After a long day at the office, take in a show at the Marriott Theatre, just a few minutes from the hotel.

This hotel is far and away the best I've stayed at. Not just the amenities, but also the staff. I have a medical condition that flared up severely my first night at the hotel, and the manager Anton, who is an absolute saint, and his team acted quickly and literally saved my life. Whether it's business or personal travel, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. No matter what happens, they will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy, healthy, and always welcome, whatever the circumstances.

We were looking for a hotel that could accommodate staff who periodically visit our new office headquarters. This hotel was just a week old at the time of my stay (the top floor was still being finished). I very much enjoyed my stay. The natural light was brought into the space through a huge exterior window. There was ample space in the room which included a kitchenette area, desk/work space, and sleeping area. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and professional. A boxed "grab and go" breakfast was available in the morning. The pool was not quite open but I was able to view it, as well as the fitness center (which was a decent size with impressive equipment) and an inviting outdoor gathering space off the pool room. I would definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers, especially if they are planning an extended stay.

This hotel is a fairly new hotel so we were happy to see newer amenities in the room and it felt clean when we walked in. Housekeeping is on demand as needed and the rims seemed well sanitized. The longer we stayed though, we saw some shortcomings. The phone in our room didn’t work, the plug in on the lamp didn’t work, the toilet seat was loose, and hardest for me - there were a couple dishes left in the dishwasher from the previous guests. We used the laundry room and that was nice and made for quick washing and drying. There was a bit of a lazy vibe from some staff on the weekday. We’d mentioned a significant laundry detergent spill in the laundry room and it was never cleaned up. Just small things like that. The pool was nice but smaller than we thought it would be and it is indoors, not outdoors as listed on the app. The area of the hotel is quiet and amidst a business park with a lot of empty buildings but it feels safe. It’s nearby to stores and other hotels too but you’ll need a car. On our last day there, we had non stop running above us on the 4th floor. It was all up and down the hallway and in the stairwell. When I contacted the front desk they shared that a kid’s soccer team had been booked on floor 4. She said she didn’t know why that happened and I agree with her. Put your soccer team on floor 1 - not above other guests. The front desk person I spoke to said they’d say something and I think they must have because it did quiet down. That - or the team left for their match. It’s a nice place to stay but I think overall management and maintenance needs to be dialed up a bit by to keep this place from breaking down faster than it should. It was all in all a comfortable stay for us and served its purpose.

When we arrived, the kitchen floor had crumbs and the shower basin looked dirty. We asked to get it cleaned immediately, but there were no cleaners again until the morning. Next day, not a lot changes. I think the shower had been cleaned so poorly over time that it needs bleaching or something and the crumbs were just pushed further into the cabinets. As for the AC, it didn’t work correctly. If you set it to 74 degrees and the room temperature is 72, the air should go off. It didn’t. Also, the floors hardly have any sound proofing. Would not stay here again.

Chanel the night clerk was marvelous. Every time we came or went anywhere she greeted us with a smile. She was extremely helpful with dinning suggestions and always asked us about our day. The rooms and hotel was spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast was ok but we don’t usually eat breakfast anyway. What and outstanding standing staff and Hotel. We will definitely stay here from now on when we are in town

Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with my last stay. I stayed in room 106 for two nights. The light in the bathroom wasn’t working. When I was using the toilet, with the door open so I could have some light, someone walked into my room. I asked the front desk about it and they didn’t know who it was. I come to found out it was the cleaning person. They never finished cleaning my room! I didn’t noticed until I was in the shower because the light was broken. I had to get cleaning supplies from the front desk and clean my own shower! I was told there were no other rooms I could move to so I was forced to shower and shave in the dark. I was told the light would be fixed after the first night but the maintenance person didn’t show up and my room wasn’t cleaned. I come back after the second night, the light still wasn’t fixed and my room wasn’t cleaned again. I eventually was moved to 210 which was a much better room, even though, the room was only cleaned once.

Stayed at the Home2 Suites for a long weekend to visit family. The hotel served as a great base of operations for all of our activities. The hotel is relatively new and clean. We had a room on the 3rd floor that was perfect size for our family of 4. The little kitchenette and couch were also quite useful to spread out a little, especially in the morning and before bedtime.
My only complaint is about the complementary breakfast (sounds weird to complain about a free meal!). There was never enough food put out and by the time we made it downstairs for coffee, there was almost nothing left. Whether this was because there wasn't much food, or there were youth sports team also staying in the hotel (who were very good and quite), I have no idea. We just would have liked to have some choices for food with the coffee.

Good stay. Nice sized rooms. Pet friendly. Breakfast provided. A few things during breakfast could have been approved on such as there was no bread on either time I went to get breakfast. Indoor pool. Was pretty chilly but my son enjoyed it still. Would stay here again.

front desk employees were very unfriendly and need some customer service training. hotel itself is ok clean because it's new. the breakfast was ok nothing special. The maids were very friendly. Id stay here again but the front desk staff need to up their game.

This hotel is so well kept and their staff is beyond amazing! My family is huge and the only hotels that can make us feel great are at DisneyWorld. This hotel was easily comparable. I loved every moment during my stay. Truly caring staff. 11/10
