We loved this hotel! Mike and Brian at the front desk were great, The room was cool and unique, bed was super comfortable, amazing rooftop lounge! Easy walking distance to "Hamilton", Millennium park, and the Art Institute. Loved It!!

Hi! No, you need a key card for your door and the elevators. The app is great for adjusting the thermostat, requesting toiletries, and ordering room service.
