Loved the customer service we received from Carina ! A true grade A gal! She helped us in the very way and beyond and with a smile each time we saw her. Getting created by her coming off the elevator gave us a special feeling of being noticed and feeling important for staying there. The Arlo Hotel was a wonderful place to stay on our trip to Chicago. We enjoyed dining there, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for us. The hotel was wonderful…great location, cleanliness, good value & friendly people. The biggest highlight we came across was one of the front desk employees…Carina! WHAT a friendly, welcoming, helpful young woman. You have quite an asset with her as your employee. We had many questions for her, she gave us very helpful answers & she had a smile on her face the entire time. She could easily serve as a concierge, if you ever have a position for one at your hotel!

Excellent front desk experience! Carim was couterously helpful, and Ken brought up an extra blanket swiftly. Lots of activities closeby. Chicago theatre is right next door. Skating rink in the winter. Good times!

This hotel was beautiful! The room was so clean and we had an immaculate view of the lake, bean, ice rink and Christmas tree. Also Carina was amazing and very hospitable. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Arlo Chicago is a very nice and friendly hotel. It’s clean and the staff is amazing. The Deep wood scent is awesome, and inviting, especially being out in the Chicago air all day! I purchased the candle for my home, because I wanted to be reminded of the hotel. The two front desk ladies Nakila and Carina are very respectful and helpful. They were super nice and welcoming. You get off the elevator to a greeting and them telling you to have nice day! I appreciate the attention to detail and the housekeeping staff. My room was always put together each evening that I returned. It’s the best upscale Hotel in Chicago. I will be back.

Everything was so perfect for our theatre district getaway anniversary. Lots of coveniece details covered and so modern and clean. The location was ideal for strolling to theaters, the river, the park, and the staff was very friendly with helpful tips to make our Chicago getaway amazing ( super view from the 15th floor!)
