It was very expensive for nothing to offer. The bathroom was dirty and so small. The rooms are paper thin so make sure you take a noise maker or you won’t get any sleep. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to help. I would recommend this hotel if it were priced under $150. Definitely not worth the money we paid.
I was looking for a reasonably priced hotel to spend the night because I had a morning train. The price, amities, service and location all combined for a problem free stay. The room was clean, bed very comfortable, and excellent coffee and toiletries. As I left the hotel early the next morning, I wished I was awake a bit longer so I could have enjoyed the room.
I had no idea where to stay when in Chicago for business. I selected the Central Loop Hotel as they were close to the train station and offered a fair price. The check in process was amazing and I was impressed how your hotel room key card is printed out and it is all blank. You then get a separate print out with your room number so the privacy is great. Next trip to Chicago this is my hotel.
I have stayed at this hotel twice while on business in Chicago. What really makes this hotel worth staying at is the experience I had with the gal at the front desk, Miss Adrian. She said "welcome back!" every time I walked in the door. She coordinated my bag check on my last day and made sure I had directions to the train to the airport. She made sure to see if I needed a bottle of water and then gave me a hug when I told her I was flying home to Denver. She asked me to call her at the desk and let her know I got home safely, which I did at 2:37am Chicago time because she asked me to. Folks, there are a million places to stay in Chicago and any number of them might have more amenities, but for what I needed Club Quarters was great, and for what I didn't know I needed, Club Quarters as represented by Miss Adrian was a true "surprise and delight" experience. Well done. It is a straightforward and simple hotel that meets all your business travel needs. The rooms are clean, well-kept, and comfortable enough. The wifi is great and I had no trouble working there throughout the day. They don't have room service for meals, but they are close by many restaurants and coffee shops, so it's sort of the ideal location to work, stay for meetings, and pop out to grab a bite. I would absolutely stay there again.…
Booked our stay online off official website and everything went smoothly upon arrival. The price was decent considering the great location. Right next to the Union station and dozens of shops, theaters and restaurants. Staff was super helpful and nice, the filtered water on each floor was an added bonus. Rooms were clean and bathrooms had everything we needed.
The hotel located very conveniently at the heart of the loop. It is walking distance to good restaurants such as Russian tea time house and landmarks such as Sears tower. There are many perks to stay here including free laundry and tasty and free latte!
We had a great check-in and out experience at the hotel. The location is amazing to explore the city walking but also public transportation is very close to and from the airport or to the city. The staff was very nice and helpful at all times. Only the bed was quite worn through, soft and not very comfortable. Otherwise we had a great stay.
short walk from the Chicago union Amtrak station. Good location, good layout and room was very nice. Clean and spotless, not an overly large room in an older hotel, but very comfortable. The bed was just right for firmness, and size. Bathroom was spotless.
Nice hotel. Spacious room. Bed is very uncomfortable but some people may like a hard mattress. Walls are thin and the smell of Marijuana was strong in the hallways. No fridge in room but the coffee machine is nice.
We checked in in with no issues. He had amazing stay the staff was on point if we needed anything they went out of there way and made sure we got what we asked for. It certainly locaked in the loop with everything with in walking distance. The only down thing was the parking garage was a few blocks from there. I think they should offer car valley 🤔
