I stayed at this Holiday Inn Express the night before the last section of my CPA exam and then I crushed it, just like their commercials. I hadn’t studied but they put me in a room with a view so I cracked some practice questions and their microwave and food selection meant I didn’t have to leave as I crammed. I’m a light sleeper and appreciated the room was totally dark and the HVAC wasn’t too loud. I was too nervous to sleep and so got up super early to get a run in on their treadmill (open 24 hours.) There was already a man 8 miles deep into his morning jog. This is a place for people who get things done. I grabbed a Chobani on my way back to my room and got ready to face my test. Got a couple other things from the far-above brand standard breakfast selection on my way out. Holiday Inns deliver what you expect. This one did all those things at an A+ level and that helped me get a 97 on my exam. I would stay here if in the city again and certainly recommend it if you need a solid home base for whatever business you’re on.…

After staying here since May, we have spent more time here than at home while my husband was working in the area. Everyone here has become family and now our stay will be over tomorrow, I sit in my beautiful room and look out my beautiful balcony, over seeing this wonderful town. Tears fill my eyes, as I have spent the entire summer here. I will miss you guys and will look at all my pictures that I took thru out the summer. You treated us like family, better than royalty. For that, we will never forget you all. Thanks for EVERYTHING and making our stay so memorable. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful gift basket!!! And our beloved chocolate chip cookies! Every single one of you really looked out for us and took such wonderful care of us! We will miss every one of you! Very happy with our choice to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. See one of my photos for their promise to disinfect surfaces and objects. Our bed provided a great nights sleep. We highly recommend this hotel for your brief or extended stay. We had a slight puzzle to solve when we got into our room. The room has a thermostat on the wall but it didn’t have any control over the unit below the window. The heating/AC unit below the window has the controls inside the door on the top of the unit that will operate it and it worked fine.

The Inn is located at the top of high hill offering great views of Pocatello. The desk staff were professional and prompt when checking us into our room for a three-day stay. The room with two queen beds was well furnished including a microwave and mini refrigerator. The bed made for a restful night sleep and we really appreciated the pillowcases labeling both soft and firm pillows. Also included was a small balcony for a view of the evening lights and a breathe of fresh air. Due to Covid, a modified breakfast with many choices was available each morning. We also made note of sanitizer available at the front desk and elevator. In addition, housekeeping was 'upon request' which was shared upon check-in and was not an issue as guest requests were immediately fulfilled. We also benefited from a rate special of staying two nights and receiving the third night free. We will definitely revisit this property.…
