The staff was very professional and friendly. Stayed 30 days and only had one change of sheets. Not good. Although they have a free breakfast, the choice is always the same. Waffles, breakfast sandwich, cereal and occasionally breakfast bowels. Very disappointing, routine. Very busy on weekends. Had three incidents with guest fighting in their rooms, but allowed to stay. Overall, I know the staff works hard and for that I'm greatful. But not enough to stay at the location again.
love the hotel i use this hotel a few time and so far its been really nice my children loves the place they also love the pool as well great place this time was up that way for a family event and the place was just right thanks
This is our second time at this location. Our room was clean and staff was friendly. There was an issue with multiple families in our group who arrived to find their booked rooms had been given to other guests. Thankfully we did not have this issue. We did a pre check-in and room selection on the Hilton Honors app. Our group consisted of many many families in town for a sport stacking tournament and the athletes were able to use a hotel conference room for practice the night before.
This hotel was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Ausha at the front desk greeted everyone with a smile, helpful and very knowledgeable when it came to us. We needed a handicapped accessible room that can accommodate a paraplegic who uses a wheelchair to get around. The room we had was very accessible, not only was it clean and spacious, but the beds had enough room underneath so a hoyer lift can be used, and the bathroom was very accessible with a roll-in shower. We plan on going back when we visit our daughters in Atlanta.
I had the most comfortable and superb stay. Staff was sweet, joyful, humorous, professional, courteous, and accommodating. The were available anytime I needed from them and went above to provide me service and a comfortable stay. I will be returning
My name is Emmitt Walker and through my work and personal travels, I have stayed in many hotels ranging from moderate to expensive in price and fair/nice to very upscale in terms of appearance. My family and I recently booked rooms in this hotel the 28th thru the 30th of October. Some things stood out and I felt needed to be recognized in this review. We were very pleased with the staff, the complimentary breakfast, and the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. The staff was exceptional, so much so I took their names. Ausha Blasher who was the front desk personnel that checked us in was extraordinarily pleasant and helpful, as too was the General Manager Samuel Opeku-Djan, Savannah Smith, Michelle Wandui, Bell Foster, Paul Smith and Airies Randall. All of those names mentioned, as well as others whose names I didn’t get that worked in the hotel, were extremely friendly, and helpful in making our stay very pleasant. I would recommend this hotel highly and rank it exceptional. I look forward to staying again in the future.…
Staff is phenomenal & the rooms are satisfactory. It's the uncontrolled noise, faulty appliances, OLD beds and the dregs of life who were "staying there" smoking marijuana in the elevators that make my visit just ok.
I’m a Hilton Honors lifetime Diamond member and have seen a ton of Hilton properties. This is a decent facility and a good location however this Home2Suites has a people problem. You are better off finding another Hilton property or even a Days Inn or Super 8. At least go somewhere where you are treated with hospitality and gratitude! The owner needs to coach his people on the fundamentals of serving customers. I walked in and was told immediately that it would be a long time before I should even think about getting my room. I never got to check in and cancelled my reservation due to the front desk manager scolding me for asking (after 3 pm checkin time and a 1 hour wait) when she thought my room would be ready. She said she had no idea and I needed to stop asking. That’s when I politely left and booked another Hilton property close by. Sadly, I won’t consider this hotel again.…
The Whole staff to the Night Manager and the workers in the Day time. The ladies that do the breakfast & Maid service. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very comfortable and very Clean. Everyone greeted me with a smile and was ready to help, I did not want to leave
Promises connecting rooms and anything to get your money and they develop amnesia. I spoke to two managers who finally offered to discount my 3 rooms and then did nothing. I cannot imagine this company investing millions of dollars to let a bunch of incapables ruin the business.
