“The Hotel staff was very friendly and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. If your looking for a good value, this is the place to stay. Also near Malls and a lot of restaurants. Chow King is a great Buffet. Also very close to Malibu Grand Prix. So if your on a family vacation this place let’s kids be kids and brings the kid out of you

I stayed here in October because it is close to my office. My room was nasty and outdated and my charger was stolen. I expressed my displeasure to the corporate office. They sent a certificate for a free stay. I decided to give it another try, since I had to be at work early the next day. Big mistake. The wallpaper is peeling, the mirror is dirty and cracked, the carpet is stained, the toilet is dirty, and they is a BOOGER on the wall! Ugh!!!!! And they charge 50 dollars for this?!? Never again!!!

Thank you for sending us your feedback from your stay with us at the Norcross location. In the last few months this location changed owners. In the process, we have gone through several staff member changes and have had to provide adequate training around the clock. We apoligize for the room not being up to par. We have used your comment for training for our staff. As a result, have made tremoundous improvement. We did not only concentrate on the room cleanliness, but as well as the building. Gross, Gross, I would have been better off sleeping in my car. I can’t believe this place is even open. The walls alone were so disgusting. The reason we stayed is we needed a place we could bring our dogs. We’ll needless to say our dogs didn’t even want to sleep on the floor. Please don’t stay here .

I don’t understand why people waste their money here. For what you will spend here, add $10 and stay somewhere better.
We booked this room because pets stay free. Great! But I’ve encounter the same Muslim woman at the front desk three times. The first was decent. She checked us in and the room as about as expected. The second time, she had canceled my reservation because I arrived late. Fine. I’ll take that, but what I won’t take is the disrespect.
Why, you ask.... long story shortened: my debit card is misplaced, reservation in my name, boyfriend was going to use his card (had his matching id) to pay. She refused to take payment and yelled, yes top of her lungs yelled, for us to leave the property.
In what world is that called for? No one was trying to get over. Had I realized earlier, the reservation would have been in his name.

Listen up my friends...... Take my advice and do not ever book a room at this "hotel" unless you enjoy the following:
brown stains on your bed sheets, brown stains on all the walls, brown handprint stains on the wall???filthy rug, thug activity outside your door, foul odor in room, cigarette burns all over your filthy comforter, refusal of clean sheets upon request and the privilege of being charged $60 plus!!!

Add to that an extremely dull and disrespectful manager. Still trying to get a refund because how on earth can Red Roof justify this???

Dear guest Thanks for your comments, you can be sure that we’re working now to make the hotel better than ever before, I talked to front desk and checked everything, you check in at 11 pm and having a trouble with room but our front desk did offer you to change the room at 12 am but you denied ,also our check out time is noon but you checked out by 5 pm on next day plus we gave refund to you I really do apologize with your inconvenience at motel ,when you try us again in future ,you will see that we are providing an experience that gets better with each passing days –because nothing matters more then to us then satisfying our guest s ,we offer the best value in Norcross area and I regret that we could not satisfy you in this case thank you manager

I'

am currently in a room a this hotel and have left the manager Dexter several messages and he has yet returned my phone calls. Aaron is the housekeeping manager and is selling drugs on the property out of his room also sleeping with staff. I he is very unprofessional and has made statements to me about his private parts in front of my guest.I had a issue with my room being clean and instead of him handling it professionally he choose to disrespect me. This is totally unexcepatable and i will go further with this so no one else has this poor experience.

I check into a room and as soon as I opened the door 2 roaches fell down. When I asked to change rooms the guy at the front desk said "hotel policy" says they don't change rooms or give refunds. What kind of policy is that?

I will never stay here again and recommend you don't either

Don't know what to say but that it was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Luckily we did get a refund for the second night we had booked. I had two chow dogs with me so we were able to sleep at night, granted fully clothed with towels over the pillows. Room stunk of BO and plenty of obvious illegal activity going on throughout the premises. Only reason we stayed was that we were plumb tired. I will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again. I am so surprised a national chain would let this go on at one of their properties. We ended up booking here, before we checked the other reviews on tripadvisor and Yelp. That this has been going on for quite awhile is well documented so we know the Red Roof Inn does not care. Unbelievable is all I can say. The fact that it is pet friendly doesn't mean that the place needs to be populated by the dregs of society.

I want you to know that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem that occurred during your stay to prevent any future occurrence. . In the last few months this location changed owners. In the process, we have gone through several staff member changes and have had to provide adequate training around the clock. We are currently in the process of renovating the property. As part of the process, we have installed over 42 cameras and have a security officer. Just plain Nasty.... Passing thru on recent vacation I made the poor choice to stop for some rest at this hotel. My family has stayed at many Red Roof Inns and always had a pleasant experience. This however was not the case! Our only request was a non smoking room. The room we were given smelled awful! The walls were filthy and the carpet had lots of stains. The comforters on the beds had cigarette burns and sheets had yellow stains. We arrived at 4am in the morning and was exhausted or we would have left! We did not even use the restroom, there were hairs and just filth on the counters. Laid on top of the covers on the bed for about 3 hrs (long enough to rest our eyes) and got out of there. My entire family smelled like a bar when we got in the car! I would recommend you pass this one up. I honestly don't know how this place passes inspection. The lady working the front desk was very nice, but the hotel should be condemned. Dirty miserable experience.
