This is a very nice area to get away. The Baymont used to be top scale and with new ownership, not so much. Not being American owned definitely makes a difference. Old carpet through out except in the rooms. No carpet in the rooms. No water pressure.
No hot breakfast, despite website description. Blamed Covid, and seemed apathetic when I explained the reason for our choosing this location was the breakfast. Seemed to genuinely believe that the “free” bag with a nutrigrain bar, cookies, and oj was a fair alternative. Overall very run down. Mobile check in recommended via email, but still took as long as normal check in.
Such a beautiful place to stay very clean and neat. But I do recommend that the room should have sanitize products, I did have my own products with me so everything still worked out. My family and I stayed for 2 nights and the entire hotel was to perfection…. Just the furniture in the guest room is out dated and torn. ( the frigid area) a lil rust in some areas of the room
Last minute reservation I’m a road trip, glad it was only for 1 Night. On arrival it took over 10min just to find someone to even check in (about 5:30pm). Lobby was completely deserted. Photos online must be 15+ years old, entire property is run down and falling apart. Room had overwhelming smell of cleaning spray to point it made you a little sick. Bathroom had mold growing all over ceiling and shower looks like it’s never been fully cleaned. Bed had pits in it , no extra blankets, ac turned off if it didn’t direct motion. Won’t go back and can’t in good conscious recommend anyone else go either. Was glad to get out asap.
The pictures on the website are not accurate. I wouldn’t book this hotel again due to false advertising. The hotel Looks totally different in person. Management to update website with real pictures in the present not the past.
No Breakfast of any kind offered. The amenities offered do not meet the advertised amenities. Staff was great. The exterior of the hotel needs repairs and paint. No restaurants in easy access. All previous hotels on my route from Arizona offered a breakfast as advertised.
Watch out if you have a service animal they try to charge you for it. But ended up letting the charge go after debating with them over it. But overall I got to sleep good but worst of all during my stay the pipe burst so the whole building could not shower or anything due to it.
I appreciate the property for there cleanliness to the room and there respect to the loyalty program. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. I rate this baymont hotel one of the best 10 out of 10
Was not good staying this hotel when I booked online it says breakfast included but when I get there they told me there is no breakfast I ask them why they don't have answer or they don't have reason just say no breakfast
Guests smoking inside rooms, noisy neighbor (loud television all night long). Electrical outlets missing covers, room decor very worn and pictures dirty with mold spots. The coffee machine had the grounds from the previous guest and it was dirty inside.
