Dining room is too small and was crowded . The complimentary breakfast was great Staffs seems to be friendly Bathroom is equipped with toiletries. Would stay in this hotel again in the future when in the area. Thank...
There is free breakfast in the lobby every morning and you can enjoy your own self-made waffles.
It's obvious the hotel is older but has been kinda renovated. Room was small, smelt of disinfectant, and there were cosmetic issues. Highway sounds were noticeable, however didn't keep us awake. Rooms are only...
I checked in during the wee hours of the morning after working all day and several flight delays. I was sleepy, tired and hungry. All I wanted to do was shower and go to sleep. During the checking in process after...
Having a manager that prioritizes your peace of mind is PRICELESS. Robin at Woodspring Suites is consistently pleasant, and has personally handled the issues we brought to her attention. She runs a tight ship, and...
This property has the best team I've experienced anywhere. The manager will literally bend over backwards to see that every guest needs are met. Resi (Racey) has excellent customer service skills and is very...
I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel in a 2 bedroom suite. Check in went great and the lady who checked us in was excellent and very helpful. As far as the accommodations let me start by saying the sofa bed needs to...
Don't stay here!!!,. This is my first time staying here and my extremely honest accessment and opinion so read this carefully, it surprisingly looks decent on the outside and it is located in a fairly nice area, but I was stunned how awful these rooms look on the inside, I couldn't believe it, rooms normally look like this in very very rundown neighborhoods, worn out and old furniture, they half clean the room, kinda just spot clean when checking guest in, stains on the drapes, broken glass on wall picture, front door is bent at the bottom so cold air and insects can come in with rubber molding insulation around the door that has rotted and broken off in pieces exposing the room to outside air, the kitchen cabinet is missing a door and the woman at the front front office said they probably won't replace it claiming it cannot be ordered ( her saying that gives a snapshot of the mentality that they don't care here ), no toilet paper and the roll holder has been removed from the wall, they give you two towels and wash cloths but will not change them,. you have to clean them yourself, rooms have an overall rundown look about them on the inside, carpet has a filthy look about it, lamp shade missing,. and when I complained the microwave oven did not work the woman outright lied twice saying someone would be out in a couple of hours or soon, then said by the end of the day when I showed up at the office , no one showed up that entire day, my accessment of this woman at the front office after speaking with her is that she is accustomed to receiving complaints, she expects it and she is in a constant readiness of contention to argue with you even though you are inquiring about something she previously promised, she seems to immediately go into a defensive posture instead of wanting to be courteous and take care of the customer,. I don't recommend staying here because if you do you will no doubt find this place is way over priced and badly needs to be shut down for renovations.…
This place looked decent from the outside until you actually stay here. First my neighbors lounge on the steps all day and people tend to be loud all times of night outside your room. There was constant arguing of females and fights. There seem to always be trash outside. I have to constantly ask for house keeping. My biggest complaint is the elevator stopped working and its not fare to pay 1200 a month to go without the proper amenities that long. If you like your privacy stand clear of this place, a older guy told one of my guest that people come in and out of my room after he ask them to buy beer from the store. Overall experience was terrible
I needed some place to stay for a week in Atlanta and needed to keep it under $300. I wanted to stay at one of the Intown Suites in marietta, kennesaw or woodstock. But of course they were a lot more after taxes and all booked up. So this was the next option. It's advertised as $209 a week, but after taxes it's $277. Way to go on taxing the $h*t out of people Georgia. You get there and they give you a ey so you can look at the room. I have stayed at places like this before and it pays off to CHECK THE ROOM. Check it all. The room had stained walls and worn to death floors but the important stuff was clean. The bed was clean, no signs of dirtiness or bed bugs, the toilet was clean as was the shower. The carpet was dirty but not to bad. It's the cheap dark dark green carpet that hides dirt... and it hides it. Most importantly there was no sign of cock roaches, live or dead. the kitchen burners fan was dirty and splashed with decades of use... for god sakes clean that maids. Everything in the room is just old and spartan. But the TV. The tv is a big new modern one... meanwhile the fridge looks as old as me. The AC looks beat to hell, and the furniture looks like it's from the 80s. sigh... this place could use a good cleaning, painting, and just buy new stuff. Come on it's not like you guys arent making the money.…
