They do not even deserve a "one rating!" I rented this place for my brother because I had too many family members staying at my house for a family event. This place is roach infested, we even found them crawling in the bed and my brother killed around 100 of them in the short time he stayed. There is mold everywhere and the appliances have never been cleaned...ever. In addition no one is in the office most the time, they lock the doors and do not answer phone calls. Because it was so disgusting I had to check my brother out and have been trying to get a refund which was promised to me upon leaving. I've been fighting to get my money back for two weeks and still no refund. Do yourself a favor and do not stay there. It's worth the extra money to to stay anywhere but at this motel!

A last minute business trip had me stuck in the area for the night. About a year ago I was in the area and stayed at this HomeTowne studios and remembered it well. My second stay was just a great as the first! The general manager personally greeted me and gave recommendations. My room was very clean and well appointed with a full size fridge and glass top stove. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Rude management, Roaches every where, dirty room, and a maid that barges in on your room and steals.... worst night ever!!!. Don't waist your money on this place. MY advice is to RUN!!!! NEVER WILL I SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR AT ANY OF THESE PLACES..

worst place I have ever stay. I was so scared. Nothing but drug dealers and people fighting out side me room, saying they are going to break windows. Asked for refund because I scared to stay here and was told I could not but could get my deposit in the morning. I would not recommend this place to no one. Besides the fact the rules say you must be 21 to rent a room, the girl in the office took my ID that clearly shows that I am not. What kind of place is this. This place is not good business. Don't rent here if you want to rest.

I stayed at this extended stay and upon check-in I had to change rooms 3 times until there was a clean room. Upon check out, I expressed my concerns to the manager Debbie and she personally gave me a complimentary stay and also checked the rooms out before I went in to ensure I was comfortable. Not only did she instruct house keeping on how to properly clean the room, she instructed them to use new bedding and made sure my daughter andi were extremely comfortable. Later on that night front desk checked in on me to see how the stay was going. The customer service is phenomenal at this location. There was also an issue with my deposit and the GM came in and made sure she returned my deposit and apologized for the inconvenience. Although the stay got off to a rocky start, the customer service was superb in order to make sure I didn’t leave feeling as if I was just another guest adding to their bottom line. I was here for business and I was so impressed by the staff, the manager was so accommodating and greeted me personally. My room was clean, had a fresh smell and kitchen with big fridge and stove. All of the staff stopped and said hi as I walked by. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

I guess you get what you pay for. Me and my fiancee stayed there for an over night event. Well to say the least it looked like a nice place. As soon as I was checked in we proceeded to our room which was on the backside of the premises off the beaten path. When we walked up the stairs to our room it looked very dreary. But when we got in the room the stench of marijuana blew our heads off as if we were in there smoking ourselves. So immediately we went back to the office for a room change or to refund my money. He gave us a room on the front side after he told a resident there that he had non available on the front side...Now I was kind of concerned bc that resident had asked for bug control in his room. But we went to our room anyways. I will tell you this it was no better in that one. The smell of cigarette smoke was so potent that our eyes were hurting from the nicotine effects. My fiancee noticed a hand print on the front door which was bloody. The bathroom tub was a disgrace bc she was not nor I going to take a shower in ther bc of the stains all in there. There were roaches crawling around in the sink and on the walls. But by this point we didnt care we were tired and wanted to get some sleep. But after about 20 mins of lying down my back felt like it was dislocated. A good night sleep is not what we got. Let me just say morning could not come fast enough. The saying you get what you pay for is REAL. . .sorry but we wont be staying there again even after the morning clerk welcomed us back!…

I stayed a month and came back because of the excellent level of customer service by Quintris, Abdul, and Bettie. Anything ever happen my issue was handled promptly. Treated with the utmost respect. Abd they are dedicated to constantly improving visits. Always greeted with humor, a smile, and great customer service. Glad to be acknowledged. Felt safe. And definitely will continue to book at this property. They truly go above and beyond the call of duty! Great job! The maintenance guys are also so cool.

Had a in and out surgery scheduled for Tuesday I check in Monday Well 1st off this is my favorite place to stay it’s clean,quit and safe always for me and the family Well me and Hubble noticed that the hot water wasn’t hot so when we made the call to front desk they were ready for any inconvenience we may have had they were very aware of the hot water condition and was set and ready to help out with it even though it wasn’t what we expected They let us know we could use another room they had set up to take shower in and a stand by employee to clean up before and after shower which I thought was GREAT with fresh everything to use if needed can I say this for other hotels that I’ve been to NO Management Ms.Consuela and Staff really thought out the box on this one .
