The room we were given was awful. The wood laminate on the dresser was curled up and peeling (later the manager said he knew about it but nothing had been done to fix it). There was hair and stains on the bathroom sink, the plug next to the sink did not work. The floor looked like it had not been cleaned and there was animal hair by the air conditioner. There was no extra roll of toilet paper and the bath tub had lots of dark stains like mold or something. When I tried to call the desk to complain the room phone would not even work. I complained in person when I turned in the room key but the manager did not apologize and just said he would look at the room. We should have gotten a discount or refund for being put into such an awful room..
So in between houses, stayed here for two weeks. Checking out tomorrow. Yes some things are a little outdated but my room was fine. I had a service dog and the owners were VERY accommodating. These are very kind people and the entire time here I have been watching them work on the hotel. As a single woman I felt very safe here. Also, my bed, TV, AC, etc were great. Oh, and the internet service is excellent as I work out of my house, well I guess right now hotel!
I stayed at this hotel since I was just passing through the area during a road trip. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely friendly. He was pretty much the highlight of my stay. This hotel is in desperate need of an update. The outdoor stairs were not in good shape. There were a few loud guests playing music outside their rooms. The area around the covered pool was run down, stained with something white, and looked old. I was in a non-smoking room yet the smell of smoke in the room was noticeable. The hand towels, wash cloths, and bath towels were all different shades and thicknesses of fabric. Anti-skid tub mat was permanently stained. Microwave was the old dial turn knob, outlets were overloaded behind the micro fridge, & the patched hole in the wall was never painted making me wonder what happened in the middle of that wall. There's a shortage of outlets as I had to unplug the clock radio to plug in my phone. The bed was the worst. Stained bedspread, holes in the threadbare sheets, and the pillowcases we're stained with something. If I hadn't been so exhausted from driving 10 hours I would have went someplace else. For a Super 8 by Wyndham I was extremely surprised at the outdated condition of a Wyndham-affiliated hotel.…
This room was not worth what we paid. Stains and burns all throughout the room. It smelled like old urine. Didn't see any bugs during the stay. But the fridge and AC barely worked. The bed was super hard and lumpy with burns on it.
Old, run down, extremely dirty. Bed was sagging. Pillows were flat and lumpy. Stained carpet. Hair dryer torn off and missing. Inch of dust on baseboards. Toilet setting at an angle. We stayed here cause we got in very late and didn't want to try finding another place.
Middle of the road budget two star motel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Yet the building is showing it’s age. Bedding is threadbare and stained. Ice machine is broken. In room refrigerator was also broken. All in all adequate for the price.
This was the worst hotel stay since the Days Inn in Montgomery, AL. The rooms and bathrooms were outdated. Customer service was lacking. The hotel exterior lighting was terrible. Please stay at another hotel.
Staff was nice enough, but upon entry to my room, it stunk of weed, furniture was old and worn out and bed was hard as a rock. Definitely wouldn't stay here again. Sleeping in my car at a rest area for free would have been a better option.
Room was not clean, floors soaked. AC unit did not work. Sheets and pillow cases were stained and dirty. Lighting fixtures did not work. Shower curtain did not help as the floors would be soaked with water. Making a reservation was easy but when we got there our room was unavailable and the only alternative was a smoker.
Some much was wrong that I won’t stay at this one again. Old ice cream sandwiches in freezer, no turntable in microwave, coffee machine nasty, housekeeping turned my air off and it was hot outside, housekeeping touched my stuff which is a huge no no for housekeeping (I worked as housekeeping before and especially with COVID stuff I don’t want a strange person touching my stuff)
