Excellent value, clean, quiet, modern, had comfortable bed, about a mile from Downtown. Check in was friendly and easy. Had washer/dryer, and typical hotel breakfast. Safe parking area. Would recommend for anyone looking for a one or two night stay.

My wife and I decided to stay in Helen Ga for a day. She booked this hotel, for our stay and we enjoyed it. The room was great, the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to my friends. I hope to stay at the Quality Inn again.

Bed bugs in our room and was moved to a different room. Mgr offered no apology or anything. The only thing he said was I hope they are not in your clothes. Checked out early because we just could not sleep there. Called to complain once I got home and the manager was very rude and yelled at me over the phone. He acted like this issue was no big deal and I was overreacting.

My wife and I stayed one night in Helen at the Quality Inn. We found our room very comfortable and clean and walkable to downtown Helen. Our morning breakfast was packaged microwaveable items we took back to our room to eat as there was no dining area set up in the lobby area. This was not inconvenient as there was a microwave in our room. The location was perfect and close to all restaurants and shops. If we return to Helen, we will stay here.

This hotel was adequate for our needs while staying in Helen. It could use some more TLC. Their continental breakfast held us over until we got to our chosen restaurant for breakfast. Love the coffee! We understand at this time of year (Christmas) that the rates are super inflated but we really think it was quite expensive.
