Great service and location. I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The staff was very friendly, especially James Anderson. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. He is very knowledgeable, and each day I looked forward to speaking with him on our shuttle rides to the parking structure. He helped me plan my itinerary for the day. He is truly an asset! I ate at the Parkwoods restaurant in the hotel and Tamika was the server. She was very nice and provided excellent menu recommendations. She provided an enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel transit driver James Anderson by far was the best local asset we could have ever asked for. From the best place to go sightseeing to the best places for dinner, he gave us the full spectrum. If you plan on visiting ask for him by name you will not be sorry.

The hotel was beautiful and the atmosphere was lovely. But I would have to say, one of the best parts of my stay was a gentleman named Chris Khote. I was at the front desk requesting creamer that was not of the powdered variety, provided in my room. I was told they did not have any and sent to the market, which was to no avail as they do not sell it there. I walked to return to my room where I met Chris who was just so kind and full of light. He asked if he could do anything to make my stay better, and I said, "Well I sure would love some liquid creamer, but it's ok, the hotel doesn't carry it." Chris said, "Give me 2 minutes!" He briskly walked to the back and came out with 2 cups of liquid creamer packs. I was so happy and grateful! I know this may seem like something small, but it's the little details that make all the difference! I will absolutely will stay here when business brings me back to Atlanta!…
