Really loved the hotel clean and close to everything easy access to highway restaurant shopping and price very good. Another good thing was the room size very spacious and private. I would definitely recommend and already planning to return soon. Michelle E.
This was a rest stop for my trip to Florida. Hotel is located just off I-85 with easy access to gas stations and restaurants. Room was a little musty but was otherwise clean. Room was larger than expected with enough room for kids on the sofa sleeper without feeling cramped.
It was an older hotel that has been renovated. Everyone was nice but the breakfast was not complimentary ($5). The beds were very comfortable but there was a bit more noise than I normally expect, but for the price I had a nice experience.
The Room was a very nice room Big and clean the Front Desk Agent Edwin was very Helpful and Professional in our needs in the room and in his Job He didn’t have the proper tools to unstop the bathroom sink so he used objects and got it unstopped and he also cleared a delivery truck that had check in from parking across the line in window view of see out. YES Recommend the Clarion for your Hotel visit
The staff was friendly enough. It was a nice hotel; however, the hall carpet on the second floor had a "I need to be replaced" look and smell. The bathroom shower head and sink faucet definitely needed to be updated as they did not spray evenly/correctly out of the spouts. Just some minor amenity check-ups would have made this a really nice hotel for the price in the area during a holiday weekend.
staff are helpful, breakfast is not free, however reasonable. Rooms are clean and smell fresh. I was able to checkin an hour early. Near to i85 exit which was what i needed. wifi worked fine so i was able to use my play station.
Plush Mattresses, comfy pillows & extra clean bathroom makes you feel at home. Rooms were good size, comfortable beds, good size bathroom and shower. Very friendly staff, the best water pressure you'll find anywhere including your own house, huge TV, comfortable beds, Keurig coffee maker, great parking, great location
I had a wonderful weekend with my friends at this hotel. Great price and convenience (Just 5 mins away from Walmart, Publix, Kroger, etc.) They also have a bar, wifi and the staff are very polite. I like their parking lot too.
the outside property is being well kept, the location was just off of 85 and only 10 minutes from my function. The front desk and lobby was pristeen•••The room was roomy and pretty clean. Bathroom was clean but bath tube a little worn. There was a few marks on the wall. The problem i had was a couple of insects i found trying to occupy the floor in the morning. I dissposed of them. I was in 244, a long way from front desk. The elevators was very clean. The hall way carpet to the room needs a shampoo or to be replaced. I would stay again. Also the Ac/Heat works great and not loud.
Being a Choice Club member we have stayed at many of the hotels under the corporate franchise, but this was the first time at a Clarion Hotel. Cleanliness wasn't great, so I would give it a 5 out of 10. There were several little things with the room that showed lack of attention such as: The refrigerator sounded like a very loud fetal ultrasound, The safety lock on the door was broken and a poor attempt of securing it with pan head screws was made, The shower curtain had been pulled mostly off the wall and was hanging precariously, and the bathroom faucet was mostly clogged with scale and discharged a very broken and thin spray that made it difficult to rinse hands our even a toothbrush. The most disappointing aspect was finding that the breakfast that was not included in the price of the hotel, unlike every other Choice Hotel we have ever stayed at, actually had fewer options then most other included meals. In summary, there were several other Choice hotels in the area but we choose this one due to the indoor swimming pool. We had stayed at other hotels in Kentucky on this trip and found their pools had been reopened since CoVid struck the nation. Though the responsibility for not contacting the specific hotel to confirm it had been reopened falls on me, we were saddened to find they had chosen not to.…
