Was in hotel for nine hours. There were some front desk problems but was fine overall. A fine place to stay in Atlanta suburbs. Everything seemed new and the rooms and lobby were nice and tastefully decorated. The manager reached out after the less than positive interaction with front desk and smoother things over
This is a newer property and in very good shape. Stayed here for two nights on a business trip. I had a double queen room on the second floor. The room had a desk, a side chair, the two beds, and a small closet. There was also a small fridge and a large t.v. the bathroom was nice, but had a walk-in shower only and no tub. It was perfectly clean. No real noise in the room despite having people around me. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. This is a good place if you are in the area.
Words cannot explain how grateful and pleased with my stay at the Courtyard Atlanta Duluth Downtown. Upon arrival you were greeted with a smile. Hotel was very clean my room was very clean. They even had (HOUSEKEEPING) daily Lol which I was excited to see. From the front desk to the hostess at coffee shop to housekeeping. Everyone was phenomenal. I was so pleased with my stay. Definitely will be staying here whenever I visit Georgia.
This hotel is brand new and the staff are amazing! Latoya in particular went out of her way to make my stay perfect. The design of the hotel is beautiful and welcoming. There are plenty of restaurants close by.
With last minute travel you never know what to expect. I was thrilled to find out about this new hotel in downtown Duluth. The location is great. Checkin was super easy. The staff was knowledgeable about local dining and overall it was a restful stay. This hotel is so new that decorating is not complete. While everything is new, the walls and open areas are a bit bare. The room was clean and very spacious. I was thoroughly impressed with this Courtyard. I’ve spent many nights at Courtyard across the county and this is the first one that I’ve visited that is brand spanking new. Keep up the good work! #ashsaidit
We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. We were two families with teens visiting for a baseball tournament and some summer adventures. We found the perfect spot! The hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Rooms were spotless. The lobby had a lot of areas to relax and hang out. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Cassandra at the front desk was especially helpful and accommodating. The hotel was walking distance from a bunch of great restaurants and shops. I hope to visit again in the future!!
We visited Atlanta for 8 days and needed 4 rooms since we were 2 families and wanted to have space during our stay. Cassandra - the front desk person at check-in was incredibly helpful and super sweet - she booked our four rooms and made sure we had connecting rooms. The hotel is so nice and spacious. We stay in quite a bit of Marriotts due to baseball travel ball and this was definitely the best we have stayed in. The rooms are large and very comfortable. Parking is in a private lot under roof and the most available of any hotel I have visited. The downtown Duluth area is fantastic with lots of dining options. Throughout our stay of 8 days, all the staff was friendly and happy to be of help. If you need to stay in the Atlanta / Duluth area this is the place to stay 100%.
Staff was very rude including manager, i was so upset, i was crying, never been treated this way by marriot, i don't recommend this property, staff acted like they could care less whether you're there or not, i was just a number, upon check in, they wanted to charge me a higher price, it was 100 dollars extra , and i had it booked weeks earlier and had my confirmation number with my price marriot gave me, they would not listen told me i had to pay the higher rate or they was canceling my reservation, but still charging me my nights rental fee anyway, explained we had been traveling 6 hours to get there and had 4 hours left before we would get home, and had my son who had autism in car, and he was tired ,and exhausted from traveling, they didn't care, just said we had to pay the higher price or they would cancel and charge us the nightly rental,.i left, crying and was charged the night rental anyway, so rude, uncaring staff.…
We live less than 20 minutes from this Hotel but we park here often when we go to our favorite restaurants as in "plural" this is a fantastic area with many great places within walking distance for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Not to mention a beautiful park. This is really more of a review on the area because we have not stayed in the hotel but we would love to sometime, If we did not already live so close we would stay here just for fun. The Hotel is new and you really can't go wrong with so many great places to eat in very easy walking distance. We love every place we have tried close by like the Maple Biscuit place for breakfast, Dreamland Barbecue is great, The Spice Octopus has great Asian food and Nacho Daddy has some fantastic frozen Margaritas but there are other great places here we haven't tried but I've heard good things about too. They even have a fountain in the park across the street that kids can play in during the warm spring and summer seasons.…
Just held a conference for 20+ people at this new hotel and couldn't be more pleased. Awesome location (residential feel) with numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel is brand new and absolutely gorgeous. Friendly and helpful staff. Very happy with my experience here! Highly recommend!
