My husband and I stayed one night to attend an event at Gas South Arena. We were told the hotel was about a block away so we were intending to walk. I suppose we could have but for safety reasons we drove and paid the $10 parking fee. The hotel is beautiful and our room was too. Very clean and I loved the room’s layout. It wasn’t your typical rectangle it was a square! Why haven’t other hotels thought of this?? I especially want to mention the AC unit. It was a column in one corner and somehow distributed the air evenly without that strong blast of air in most rectangular rooms. It also served extremely well as ambient noise so that if there was any exterior noise, we certainly didn’t hear it! We had a great stay

Wow. Just wow! The room was incredible. We stay at Hilton properties ALL THE TIME and by far, the room was outstanding. We had a 2 room 2 Queen Suite on top floor, far away from elevator, and with a great corner view over looking wooded lot. We walk into a large living room with kitchenette and desk with chair. Got a nicely equipped kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. Then move into the HUGE bathroom with separate vanity area. The bedroom was very large as well, beds almost looked like kings. The bedding was clean and very comfy. LOVED the oversized windows overlooking the wooded lot. The facility itself was very modern, with beautiful furnishings, huge lobby and reception area. Breakfast was Fan-TASTIC! Loved the cooked to order omelets, corn beef hash, and breakfast potatoes. Amazing property! I’m a life long Hilton guy and this Embassy Suites is on of the best! Super clean rooms and common areas! Bar staff was amazing and manager reception at night was great! We ordered dinner at bar with a full menu. Food was delicious and served nice and hot! Breakfast was what you expect at an Embassy Suites! Full cook to order. Got to meet the Food and Beverage manager Charlotte and she was so friendly! She was also the cook for our breakfast omelette which was amazing! This is a new property and the room were clean and very modern looking. Huge TVs in our two room suite and my wife liked the lighting in the large bathroom, which is a huge plus! We will definitely be stopping here on our next over night stay in the Atlanta area!

Use to stay there multiple times a year for business. They overcharged the last stay and the Charge on my card did not match my receipt. Called Hilton Corporate and they could see the over charge, but the local hotel needed to process the refund. When I called the location to ask for a refund the manager I spoke to was very rude and was willing to fix the overcharge. She said I should just depute it with my CC company. I am now having to fight with Hilton Corp to get me money back and that will take 30+ plus days. My money can go to a different hotel from now on.

Our hotel room was very clean and comfy. Hot breakfast was great! It was a real breakfast. Thank you. Hotel lobby smelled wonderful and staff members were friendly. It felt like a newer hotel. Lots of room for socializing. Will return. Late checkout (2 hours) costs an extra $60. Considering we checked out on a weekday and things were pretty slow, this type of charge was unnecessary. Everything else was great!

Our family of four stayed in two suites. The rooms were clean, spacious and well laid out with excellent furnishings. The service was fantastic throughout our two-night stay. The complimentary breakfast and evening reception were the icing on the cake!

The Staff, Rooms & Food were an excellent value. I will make this my location of choice to stay next time when visiting the Sugarloaf and Greater Atlanta area. I find the Hilton Brand seems to never disappoint when choosing in my travels.

Was in town for a wedding, they wouldn't let us check in to get ready for the wedding which started at 4pm we got there around 2pm so we had to get dressed in the public restroom downstairs, later that night we checked in when we got back from the wedding, the hot water didn't work in the shower.

I’m not a person to give reviews unless I was seriously impressed. This hotel was incredible. The atmosphere, the decor in the lobby, restaurant, and the rooms were immaculate. I’ve never seen a Embassy Suite like this one. This is definitely my go to hotel whenever I’m in Atlanta. I can’t not mention the food. The food was great, it wasn’t your ordinary complimentary breakfast I felt like I was in my own kitchen and just made breakfast. The staff was so friendly. You can really come here and enjoy yourself. It’s not your average hotel for sure.

The new manager was so passive-aggressive. I have been going to this hotel almost every other weekend and had a great time. NOT, this weekend they ruined my vacation with my children. First, they booked me in a room that had NO hot water. I was told by other employees this have been an issue. My, question is... if you knew there was no hot water - why did you not tell your customers before they checked in. I went to tell the front desk and they did not offer me another room. I HAD TO ASK for one, I also was told by an employee that they were giving a discount to guest that had no hot water. I was not offered it when I first checked out. The new manager Saloge did not give a sincere apology and I took it like a grain of salt. On4/7/2022, I witnessed the front desk manager telling an older lady with her son "She looks like she is in pain" this was very loud so everyone in the lobby heard her. Sorry, is she a doctor to inform this lady she was in pain. Then, the manager kept telling (NOT asking) the older lady's son that she needs a wheel chair. Her son kept teller the manager NO. I could not believe what I was watching... the older lady's independence was taken from her and was told "She looks like she is in pain" and then made to get into the wheel chair. I am not sure what is happening to this hotel - that I have enjoyed coming to so many times.…
