We pulled in and got a room for one night. Should have used an application to reserve the room for lower cost. Room was satisfactory, no noise over night.
Not most luxurious place to stay but was quiet, clean and affordable.
Would stay again.

This property has a complete new look. My room was renovated with new furniture and new paint. Breakfast was nice, and rooms were clean. Front desk was helpful. My kids enjoyed the pool. Nice location of the pool which was nice and clean.

I knew I hated this hotel when I pulled into the driveway but since it was late and I was only going to be in Dublin for one night, I decided to stay. I had also booked the room through the Ramada's website and was afraid that they would bill my credit card anyway if I cancelled at such late notice.

This hotel is old! It reminds me of a motel really and is not in a good area of town. It is located behind a gas station? or was it a convenience store? I don't know it was late when I got there (around 11:00 PM)

I assume there are long term guests living there because there was a basketball goal set up out front with a few guys playing ball.

Check in went smoothly and I was on my way to the room in no time. When I opened the door to the room, I was greeted to a stale smoky smell. I ventured further into the room and noticed that the furniture was beat up and old. The microwave was really old and barely worked and the refrigerator had a freezer filled with frost. I havent seen a refrigerator with frost in it in years.

The bathroom was dirty and the bathtub had cigarette burns around the edges.

At this point I really wanted to leave but I was tired and just wanted to get some sleep before going to a funeral the next morning. I took a shower and lie down on the bed where I was promptly scratched. I examined the comforter and found a melted cigarette burn was the source. It was then that I noticed that the comforter was dirty so I threw it off of the bed. When I did this I saw a blood stain on the reverse side or white backing.

I examined the sheets and they looked clean so I ltook a shower and laid down careful not to touch the blanket in anyway.

I think that the website is deceptive and the pictures used must be old because this place is really in need of a facelift!

Needless to say I would never visit this hotel again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

We booked a room at this hotel for a Friday and Saturday night stay (wish we had read these reviews first). We had a family emergency come up and called to cancel our Friday night room only, the Thursday afternoon prior to arrival. For the first time we are advised their cancellation policy is 2 PM THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL. WHAT?? They NEVER mentioned this, and this is the only place I have ever heard doing that. They charged my card before we even finished the call. Will be calling their parent company Hospitality International http://www.hifranchise.com/, filing a complaint with the BBB, and the local chamber of commerce.

My family and I checked into the Red Carpet Inn in Dublin, GA. As soon as we got to the room you could tell there had been animals in the room by the smell. There were dead and live roaches spotted through-out the room, dresser drawers were broken, bathroom tub had hair in it, toilet was stained and un-cleaned, bedding smelt like someone had recently slept in it and the pillows had an oily feeling to them. My daughter is allergic to dust mites and broke out immediately once we entered the room. After being in the room only a matter of minutes we knew we could not stay there. We went to the front desk to request a refund and explained the conditions and our reason for not wanting to stay. The night attendant said she did not know how to process the refund and we needed to talk to the person coming in on the next shift. We were exhausted from our trip and told her we would come back in the next morning to get our refund. Upon returning the next morning at the front desk no one was present for 15 to 20 minutes. We rang the bell, hollered to see if anyone was in the other room, and finally called the hotel from the phone in the front lobby and got a hold of Nathan Dave the manager. He came to the front desk and was very unwilling to help us in any way. He refused to refund our money and said there was nothing he could do, saying that he has not had any other complaints. So we had no other choice at that time but to leave and report this complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Being the type of business this is I would think they would do what they could to make their customers happy. No services were rendered by us from this hotel so I do not see why we could not get our money back. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE, the conditions are unfit and unhealthy for human-beings to live in.

This hotel was horrible. It was filthy dirty, smelled bad, was very noisy, not to mentioned they ripped me off and charged two nights to my credit card for one night stay. When I confronted them about the charge they said their was nothing they could do because I booked on line. The internet must be new to them. Do not stay at this hotel.

Our girls softball team came to dublin for the state tournement. We stayed at the red carpet inn, big mistake. The rooms were nasty, the sheets and pillows were nasty and stained, some had what appeared to be large blood stains. The location.....well let's say ghetto is an understatement. We had to escort our children and women because of the transients and crackheads walking around. One room had so much in and out traffic I think it was a brothel or a drug dealer. Needless to say anyone who even remotely thinks of staying here should highly reconsider.

Rented a room on Saturday night and was charged a 50.00 deposit for a non smoking room. Was told that the 50.00 would be returned when room was found in order after check out . Paid for the room with a debit card . Checked out on Sunday. The desk clerk was behind the desk but would not acknowledge me when I picked up the phone to let her know that I was checking out so I slid the key under the window. When she finally acknowledged me I informed her the key was under the window. She did not tell me at that time that she had to come check the room right then. I Called on Tuesday to check the status of the deposit and was told that the deposit could not be returned because I did not go to the front desk on Sunday and asked the desk clerk to walk with me to my room to check it out and since that was not done they can not verify that the room was never smoked in . I have NEVER stayed anywhere that has this type of policy . The room was definitely not worth the 117.00 That I paid . TOTAL RIP OFF.

We reserved this room when Hurricane Matthew was approaching Savannah. Rooms were very limited all the way to Macon, so we settled for this hotel. The best thing about the hotel was the free WiFi. That's about it. Very old and outdated. Bathroom very unclean. Rust and ground in dirt everywhere. The carpet was so dirty that if you walked on the floor with your bare feet, they turned black. I wish I would have taken pictures, but I was so concerned with the storm and what was happening back home I didn't even think about it. We also had roaches in the room. We had to go by bug spray to keep them at bay. We slept with the lights on because we didn't want to wake up with bugs on us. I hate to write such a negative review, but it was just an awful experience. Actually, this is the first review I have ever written. The hotel needs to be torn down or gutted and remodeled. Don't stay here unless you are desperate like we were.
