Exceptional service. 10/10 This is our 2nd time visiting & it did not disappoint. Heinz & Maria truly make you feel welcome & provide such great hospitality. From the moment we checked in we felt so relaxed. We come here to decompress & get true rest. The farm with horse & donkeys is beautiful, very idyllic setting. The icing on the cake for us is being able to try their restaurant. Maria’s cooking is exceptional! Without having to fly to Italy one can really get a taste for some amazing pasta dishes with yummy desserts. The wine Heinz picked out for us pared well with the 4 course menu. Highly recommended and we will be returning several times a year to feel truly pampered & eat well! The hostesses are the kindest people, great to talk to and we are grateful to have found such a gem of a place.

I stopped here as a rest between Florida and Atlanta with the hurricane coming I wanted to divide up my trip. I had stayed at other places in Dublin but decided to stay here because of the reviews it was every bit as great as everybody said it was. The room it’s self was very clean with a very comfortable bed and a lovely porch. Breakfast was delicious with eggs, biscuits, fruit and bacon. Delicious! Very friendly people too

This was the first time my husband I have ever stayed at a B&B so we were a little nervous going into it but as soon as Maria and Heinz greeted us we felt completely welcomed and relaxed. The environment was so quiet and peaceful it was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the surrounding farm was picturesque. We enjoyed the nearby town of Dublin and all of the quaint shops and historical sites and various restaurants. However, none of the restaurants could beat the fresh homemade breakfasts created by Maria each morning. The absolute best was the made from scratch dinner Maria made for Ristorante de Maria and the romantic environment my husband and I were able to enjoy it in. We truly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend.

The owner's operate a 3-bedroom bed & breakfast and a small weekend Italian restaurant in their beautiful home in an acreage in the woods, but only a short drive from the interstate. We stayed for a Monday night so missed the opportunity to try the restaurant. The bedroom was beautiful and clean with a comfortable bed. The owners' gave us a choice of items for breakfast and it was all god. The owners were very pleasant and made our stay very comfortable and fun.

Have stayed here multiple times, anniversary previously and this time was to bring my mom and step dad. Yes the rooms are on "basic" side but very clean, beds sleep great, and the furniture is of good solid quality. The front porches are a great place to enjoy one another and have a bottle of wine. Very peaceful and the owners are wonderful people! We lived in Italy and this is as authentic as you will get, hands down! The food is amazing and you just cannot compare to anything else. If you want to eat EXACTLY as you would in Northern Italy, come here. Worth every cent.

Two things made our stay here wonderful. First, Heinz is the best kind of host. We really enjoyed visiting with him. And second is the country setting. So quiet and peaceful. We loved the horses and donkeys out front and the frogs croaking away in the rain.

The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was complete and filling. We just felt so comfortable here. We wish Heinz the best.

I stayed at Dublin Farm for four nights in order to explore rural Georgia. I had teh most wonderful experience at the farm! Maria and Heinz are so nice and hospitable, the food is so tasty, the rooms are so comfortable and the athmosphere is astonishing. You hear nothing but birds song all day long, Dublinn town is near and very nice, and there are many places to visit in close and remote locations, but the drive is also an experience. I highly recommend the Ocmulgee park (both teh little one as well as the mounds) but especially the Providence Kanyon which is a bit far but worth the drive. To sum up, I wish I could stay longer, and will surely come again if I will have a chance (I came all teh way from israel)

The owners were very gracious and accommodating meeting your every need. The restaurant is superb. It is truly wonderful to be able to enjoy fine dining. Breakfast is very hearty and wholesome. The rooms are rather plan, and could use some updating. The bath towels really need to be replaced.

I'm so sorry but I do not know. They do no seem to address that on their website that I saw, and I do not have any pets so I did not ask. However, they are very responsive so I would just call them and ask.
