The hotel check in/out experience was good and the staff was courteous. Ouur room was not clean, specifically the bathroom. There was hair in the tub, on the floor and vanity that we had to clean prior to using the room as our check in was after hours. The toilet and toilet area was not clean.

Front desk young ladies were great. Easy check-in and easy check out. Lobby was clean organized,breakfast was decent(wasn't expecting much). The 2 things I would change room 121 smelled horrible. I have no idea what from but it was bad. Went across the road to Walmart tried a air fresh it helped a little but the night went on it gave up. Second the bathroom exhaust fan screamed, when it first turned on and than quieted down and longer it ran louder it got.

All good just lacking some breakfast variety. Staff was very friendly and helpful. the location was very convenient for our needs. Lots of meal choices nearby as well as anything else one might need across the road

Staff was not helpful; the breakfast - we were told was "grab & go", but there was almost nothing to grab; the room was not properly cleaned; but in its favor, the bed was wonderful and we slept well.

It was clean, the beds very comfortable and the staff friendly. It showed as 2 star hotel but this is nicest 2 star hotel I have been in. We were late coming down for breakfast by a few minutes and they were putting up food, they stopped and reopened all of breakfast for us. So kind.

Breakfast options are limited, and only hot item was the waffles. Exterior of the property has been neglected (weeds in parking lot, stains on the exterior walls). Room was clean, but had a musty smell from the AC. Rooms needed more light... the lamp fixtures were not bright enough. The weekend price - even for rewards members - is way too high for this property.

Nice staff. Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Located near many restaurants and a few gas stations. Not far from some amazing waterfalls and parks. There is parking in the rear of the hotel that most seem to not know about. Front parking is small and tight. Entrance is a little challenging to navigate.

Not happy with the hotel. Had made reservation for a king size bed for me and my wife my oldest daughter decided to come with us called the hotel change the reservation to what I thought or two queen size beds ended up being two full beds had to rent another room for the night Had to move rooms in order to accommodate the second room being close to my wife and daughter rooms air conditioner did not work missing the cover off of it this is not a good hotel
