Checked into this place to attend a Ga. Custom Knifemakers Guild meeting. First thing I noticed was all the workers around the place, some seemingly living there and lots of others just there maybe per night. When I entered my room the old smoke smell was quite evident, probably in the carpet because the room had been recently painted. The nice lady working that night put me in a different room which was a little better. With it being a Friday night, I expected a loud, long night but things settled down at a reasonable time. The remodeled bathroom area looked real nice and recently done.
Yup, and Kellie is the sweetest thing this side of the Mississippi. Parking sucks only cuz they are redoing the parking lot. Totally not bad for a night on a business trip. Though as a couples night c’mon she deserves something better
Was some of the best surcuce i have receved cleaning staff was very nice and did a great job front desk was very helpfull and location is also convenent i would recommend hotel to anyone thank you for the wonderful stay
The rooms were clean which was a welcome relief from the Rodeway Inns we had stayed at on this same trip. I had made an error in my booking because the website automatically sets the day for the next day rather than the current day. We showed up to the hotel a night early because of this. IT was late and I was concerned that we were going to be out a room and out the cost plus having to pay walk in rate. Thankfully the counter clerk was able to adjust the reservation so that it transferred to the night that we were actually there. It wasn't an easy process but I appreciated her taking care of that for us.
Stayed here for a week while dealing with the death of my son and planning funeral. I made photo boards and all other decorations for his funeral. I made a huge mess - very limited time, supplies and facilities for crafting. I went to the front desk and explained my circumstances and asked for large trash bags and if I could use the dumpster to clean up. The next day was the funeral. You will never understand how much of effect the experience has on you until you've gone through it. Needless to say I wasn't even able to function after my child's funeral and the room did not get cleaned. The day after the funeral we were woken up with a phone call informing us my husband's grandfather had passed away. We left to make his funeral arrangements. On the way out I stopped at the front desk and paid for three more days and explained about the grandfather's death and we were leaving to make arrangements. Upon leaving the room I double checked to ensure the do not disturb sign was in place because I still have photos of my son scattered through the room and I did not want housekeeping to accidentally discard them. While we were at the funeral home the front desk called and informed me we had to be out in an hour. This is the same hotel we stay at for four to seven days every month. These people know my face and greet me as a regular when I walk in the door. It doesn't get more disrespectful and cold hearted than this.…
This has to be the BEST budget hotel I have ever stayed in! The room was immaculately clean. Obvious the housekeepers take pride in their work! The room must also have been updated fairly recently as the carpet and wall paint looked new. I was on the first floor and heard no noise from above, outside, or from adjacent rooms. The lobby is nicely appointed and they provided a full, hot breakfast. Several nearly restaurants are within walking distance. I definitely will stay here if I stop overnight in Commerce GA again.
Very nice and clean. I’ve been to a lot of motels around commerce and this is by far the best/cleanest.. The housekeeping staff is awesome and does an amazing job. I would most definitely be staying again.
I came in and quickly got a room and was told about bfast, wifi and the best place to park to access my room. I choose to be upstairs because I was hoping it would be peacefully since I would be gone most of the day. I was there to visit family and see some stuff while I was there. I think if it had not been a connecting room I might not have heard anything, but the people next door to me were loud every night I was there, I didnt complain to the front desk because not much they can do I know and understand this I just turned the tv up. The room was clean and felt very comfortable. Had a fridge and microwave a one cup coffee pot and a interesting cubby feature in the bathroom. Parking was pretty easy and I was able each night (even when they were sold out) to find a place at 6pm to park. Bfast was at 6am most morning and they had eggs, sausage, biscuits, bagels and muffins and cereal. I like this hotel cause its always close to my family but not so much that I feel like Im invading them. This is also in a place that has lots of food and gas and I never felt unsafe while there.…
Clean, very nice staff, beds sleep good. 200 character review is a little ridiculous. I don't have that much to say. I think the prices set by choice are way too high. Overall experience at this particular hotel is great.
