I watched Denise handle the multiple phones ringing and the guests at the desk single handed without skipping a beat, breaking a sweat or getting flustered. She was so calm, I was kind of blown away that she was not the manager, she should be. As a frequent guest of comfort suites before the pandemic, I do like the overall reno that they have done, my room was clean, bed was comfy and I felt comfortable and at ease. I like the fact that the hot food has to be served to you, with the virus going around.. The pool was warm, which my son loved and Denise went out of her way to take care of us. If you read my review on the Travelodge you will understand. Overall great stay, would recommend if you are the area.

Your gonna get a certain level of consistency from Comfort inn clean, safe, well accommodated, solid staff. It’s always above average hotel but not top flight this is no different. The only issue was the non existent breakfast that was promised. Not likely a second stay. We were told there was a hot breakfast and wasted time waiting on it. The one deal breaker for me is wasted time. They wasted my time.

The Staff was very professional from check in by Donna Caudell , to the breakfast lay out and quality of the foods by Tracy and the cleanliness of the room and attention to detail by Cynthia and her cleaning staff. After staying at Fairfield Inn for 10 years and decided to check out the Comfort Suites, the stay was great. I was told by my wife that she would prefer to stay at Comfort Suites in the future.
