Stayed here for one night as a quick stop over on our way home to North Carolina from Naples, Fl. Room was reasonable rate for a clean & comfortable room and bed. Breakfast was also very good as well. Hotel is close to shopping and numerous restaurants. Will stay here again.

We attempted to stay a a Sleep Inn at Brunswick,Ga We entered the lobby to find a check in desk completely blocked off with a huge sheet of plastic which allowed no access at too the check in employee. We wondered how we were going to conduct our transaction. Telling the women that we had a coupon from the booklet picked up at the Georgia welcome station, she replied that they were not accepting coupons! Then why advertise? We asked what the rate would be without the coupon and she quoted over $50 more. We said no thank you and she just shrugged as if she didn't want us there anyway. We as choice members are so very insulted.

We just stayed here one night on our way to Florida. The front desk was completely curtained off with plastic sheeting (for Covid), and paper work and credit cards were passed through a little slit in the plastic. The desk clerk didn't seem too happy to be there. The hotel room was fine for our purposes. The continental breakfast was acceptable. In all we were not unhappy but not blown away either.

This hotel use to be a decent place to stay but has deteriorated quite a bit in the last 2 years. Been trying to overlook the dirt and lack of maintenance but can’t do it anymore. Check out my pics!! Good luck!!

We stayed at this hotel recently because of the reasonable rate. Check in was fast and easy. The bed was comfortable and the room had a walk in shower that I liked. However the shower head was really noisy, the bathroom sink had a smell to it when turned on, and all the furniture was very dusty. Overall the stay was ok.

For $103 for just needing a place to sleep while traveling to Orlando, Florida, not sure if I would want to stay here again. The first thing you see is when you get to the front desk, there is plastic sheeting hung from the ceiling in an unprofessional manner as a COVID shield instead of a plexiglass shield that most businesses install. Once we got to the room, the first thing that hit us was the rank odor. Not exactly sure what it was, but the room would benefit from some Glade air freshener. The carpet looks dated and worn, and we weren’t sure of the cleanliness of the entire room. There was hair and debris along the wall on the floor behind the bathroom door, as well as an ant crawling on the floor. The room had a king bed and the normal things you would find.

The Sleep Inn was a place that I was able to find some peace for 2 nights. I am traveling solo at the moment (and on a budget). I sought out the Sleep Inn because it's right off I95 and has free WiFi. Initially, I just needed a place to park for some time. However, when I was ready to get going, my car had a high-coolant-temp alarm. I had an alternator belt come off recently so I don't take these things lightly. As pertains to the Sleep Inn, after informing the staff of my car concerns, they allowed me to park my vehicle overnight in their lot (actually ended up being 2 nights) until I was able to get assurance that it is drivable on the short-term until I can get it fixed properly. The staff was understanding and even let me help myself to a coffee from their lobby. This location being right off the highway, I would advise carowners to lock their vehicles and stow their external equipment securely (someone tried to go for my bike on night 1). That being said, I would recommend this place to anyone -- I can imagine that the comfort of staying in one of their nice hotel beds would provide a great and necessary break from the road. it was a good price for a simple stay, but it was nothing I'd want to stay in more than 2 nights. it was just like most other hotels - nothing stood out as great. the clientele was a bit more rugged than I would prefer, probably because of the cheap rates. I'd prefer to pay a bit more and be around people that make me more comfortable.

Walked into reception and the clerk seemed to want to be anywhere but sitting behind the desk. Had zero personality. Requested a room Away from elevator, got a room near elevator. The room smelled like an old man cologne, the bathroom seemed to be partially under construction (new caulking done poorly) near tub, Counter tops backsplash in bathroom separating from top of counter. See pics… The best part was the Clear Plastic Shower Curtain hanging in front of the reception counter. Really Classy!! See picture. Convenient location but many other hotels to choose from in the future.

We stayed here as our experience in the northeast was fantastic. It was clean, no concerns there. Bed was okay, seemed like maybe mattress needed to be upgraded. The AC worked well. No noise from outside. Water pressure was okay in the shower, but had a high pitched squeal (when the shower was running) a lot of the time. Hope it didn't bother people around us. Hallway smelled like bleach; not sure if they cleaned that much or just sprayed bleach in the hallway. They had plastic sheets up at the registration desk; looked a bit tacky. At this point in the COVID pandemic, would have thought they could have done something more permanent by now. Signs stated masks needed to be worn at all times; practically no one did including most of the people working registration. No room cleaning the entire week we were there, not even half way in to the week. We could exchange towels by putting our dirty towels in the hallway; one time it worked (although they came in to the room to replace them, which defeated the purpose...) and the second time they took the towels but didn't replace at all. Had to go to the desk to get towels for the next morning. Breakfast was laughable. Coffee was available 24/7, but the breakfast options were Activia yogurt (which one guest threw away as she said it tasted bad), Plant based meat/egg/cheese crossaint sandwiches (not everyone in this world is vegetarian), several days wrapped apples ONLY and 2 days with bananas. They did have 3 varieties of muffins which were better if you nuked them first. Individually wrapped. Sign loudly stated "ONLY ONE PER PERSON". Wow, really? Nothing else available although there were bowls out. Seems like prices need to be lowered if no cleaning and no breakfast.... Pool hours were 8am-8pm; a bit early if you were out in the area all day long. BIG step down out of the building; need to warn people as I almost fell stepping out. Also couldn't get back in to the building by way of the door we came out; wasn't allowed. Had to go out of the pool area and around to the side door. The pool wasn't locked, so anyone could go to the pool from the parking lot. Not great security. For the most part, room was okay. Somewhat disappointing, though, compared to the one up north (New Hampshire).
