This hotel is absolutely beautiful and new! It is easy on/ off the highway. The room was super clean, neat and beautiful. From our window we could see the kids playing outside, the duck pond. The staff was very nice too. It was a very quick check in/ out. My husband and I used the wheelchair accessible room. It was very accessible. The bed could have been a little lower to the floor. It's very hard getting into bed to and from a wheelchair. The bathroom and shower was roomy and clean. I would come here again in a second and highly recommend it. Thank you!
Great place for a quick stay over at a clean and convenient hotel. It was quiet for the most part (except for the kids at the ice vending machine at 10:45pm). But even that was a quick interruption. Good enough for what we needed…cut our longer trip into shorter segments.
clean rooms, nice facilities, friendly staff. The breakfast area is spacious with a wide variety of items to choose from. Bed was comfortable, but pillows are hard.Hotel is a newer property about 3 years old and well maintained.
Our room was very stylish roomy and comfortable. The A/C unit worked a bit too good and the noise from the refrigerator kept my husband up. Despite these minor inconveniences , we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was close to restaurants and Places we wanted to visit
Room were suppose to be newly renovated but you you couldn't notice that anything was done to guest room. But I'm he major issues was room was very unclean.. left over food in refrigerator, dirty floor, soiled toilets
WE have stayed here often. It is close to Jekyll Island, Close to I95, and close to great places for fast dinners. The staff is knowledgeable and pleasant. The breakfast is good. And the rooms are clean and comfortable and spacious. All in all we will stay there again both with and without our dog.
Excellent service! Kaneka was such an exceptional staff member as she constantly offered clean towels and help with my key card! I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here and we will be back The area is close to everything as well 🥰🥰🥰🥰
We stay here often on our travels as a stop off point. We have always been met with a friendly courteous check in. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is available which is a nice addition so we can eat before heading on the road again
You have to pay $20 per dog at this facility. We always stayed at the one near Cracker Barrel and that’s what we thought we reserved. That La Quinta which still allows dogs to stay free is now a Wyngate. Have no idea why they would change the name of a hotel thousands stay in twice a year at least
Floors are laminate and they will slide all over and you will get NO sleep. Also handicap room only had king-size bed so no grab bar in bath of queen / 2 bed room; no answer at front desk to change rooms;
